[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in search for replacement of our previous front load washer and dryer and wanted a smaller footprint. I really liked the Bespoke design and when I saw this new Hub with AI, had to have it. I like that it can save space by stacking both units. PROS: - I like that that there is just one control panel to control both dryer and washer. - The unit does not shake as much as our previous washer since this is stacked. Also due to the fact it is not on a pedestal as our previous one. - Like the prefill for detergent and fabric softener which allows you to store a large amount of the liquids for multiple cycles without having to keep adding them at each load. - Like that it auto presets the dryer once washer is complete. - Like the ability to control and see everything on my Smartthings App. - The dryer seems similar to our previous Samsung one and has the steam capability which is always nice to have to remove wrinkles. CONS: - The AI Optiwash is cool but also questionable as it tends to add a lot more time to the wash cycle than I anticipated. It also runs the dryer hot on certain fabrics that you not want to be subjected to that much heat. - Don't like the fact that some settings on the washer (i.e. Delicate cycle) will not use the auto-fill option for the detergent and fabric softener. - I do not like that the unit has to still have two power cords. One for washer and the dryer. They really should have just add one from the dryer to power both units. Also should make the power cord in the middle so it does not have to come all the way down from the top. - Not a true con but may be personal preference. The washer does sit low so you have to bend down to load and remove clothes. Do wish they had added a built in pedestal or added perhaps 6 inches at the bottom to raise the washer. Of course this may have made it too tall to fit into laundry closets. But from an ergonomics standpoint, it would have been nice. OVERALL IMPRESSION: - Like the design and function and it works well in our laundry room given that we have the height and space. This may not work for others who do not have the space. Having the stacked unit allowed us to add a laundry table for folding and storing laundry items. - Not crazy about the green color but in person it is not as bright and has a nice satin finish. - I had to move the unit from one end to the other and I was able to do it on my own.

It has so many compliments, that I don't even know where to start, so here we go. Firstly, I love how spacious both the washer/dryer is. I can fit very large loads without compromising cleanliness. Compared to my previous unit, where I "thought" I was washing a large load, this unit here can hold two of those loads, amazing to cut down laundry time. The clothes came out very clean and fresh. I was curious as to how the dryer would dry that large load, would it really dry it throughly in one cycle? Would it take a long time to dry? To my surprise, it did dry that large load in one cycle and much faster than my previous unit. I was really impressed. I honestly couldn't believe it. In this washer/dryer unit, you can wash and dry large bedding including quilts/duvets. Mine are king size, so that gives you a good reference for sizing. There are many different cycles to choose from for both the washer/dryer to get a good customized clean. Let's not forget the SmartThings app, you can set the settings for both units and then just press start on the unit. It's literally that easy and convenient. The washer/dryer unit also plays a cute little tune to let you know its done. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants an amazing unit and clean clothes in a short amount of time.

I can reach both units easily and now have a lot of free space in my laundry room. The automated dispensing of detergent is really helpful as it also adds to making my wash process quicker and my daughter doesn't add too much or too little. The super speed wash setting has been convenient for small, lightly soiled loads. I had several clothes with set in stains, but the steam wash setting has nearly removed all the stains. Having the units connected to the SmartThings app was quick to set up and I love getting notified when my laundry is ready to change over. It even lets me know what setting would be best for the dryer.

It is very powerful and super easy to use, I enjoy washing my clothes and getting them clean faster due to the powerful features that it provides. Also the dryer machines save me time and energy which is better when trying to save some money. The design and color are just amazing. It was very easy to install and it doesn't take a lot of space due to the fact that you can stack up one in of the other one. I love that it is touch screen and very very easy when using it. Another feature that is very useful is that it provides a super speed wash and dry option, same powerful clean but in less than an hour. Washes your clothes in 28 minutes and dry in just 30 minutes. As a busy mom is very essential for me to be able to manage my time wisely so I'm so happy that this washing machine comes with wifi connectivity which allows me to control my washing cycle from my phone. It lets me remotely start, stop or delay my washer from anywhere just using my phone. Overall I'm so in love with my new appliances and how excellent they work together.

We can fill up the detergent, so it automatically dispenses the amount needed for the load cycle we select. This has kept us from overusing detergent, saving us money. Connecting to the SmartThings App was an easy process and I love monitoring the washer and dryer from my phone. I know how much detergent is left, how many minutes are left, and if there are any issues. I also get notified when a load is done, so I can be anywhere in or out of the house. The set being stacked has saved a lot of space in our laundry room and is not too tall for our young daughter to reach. The AI settings have been helpful for making sure our laundry is cleaned efficiently and having the unit set the dryer setting automatically saves us time. Very happy with this set.

The capacity of the washer and dryer is sufficient for our family of four. While we haven't used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective. Our last units took forever to complete a cycle and almost always needed the dryer restarted to completely dry items. I am shocked at how quickly a king size set of sheets can dry! There is one central control panel in the middle of the unit and I must say it has taken some getting used to after having two separate controls for washer and dryer, however the controls are very straightforward and easy to use. My pregnant wife appreciates the reminders at the beginning of each cycle to add detergent and/or empty the lint trap. We use laundry detergent sheets and fabric softener sheets and they work well with this washer by just placing the sheets directly into the tub with whatever is being washed. This set is also very quiet and does not rattle around or get off balance even when washing bulky blankets or towels. We have set up the Smart Things app, but honestly control the washer/dryer mainly from the console while we are home. From a purely aesthetic point, we love the color and look of the set and would definitely recommend purchasing.

I am slowly working my way through the different settings and each one works well for its given job. I particularly appreciate the bedding cycle and towel cycle as they thoroughly clean both items without taking forever. Our sheets and towels come out clean and refreshed. While we haven't used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective during our normal laundry days. Quick and efficient are not words we would use to describe our old set and it makes laundry days so much quicker and easier. My husband has set up the smart things app, but I don't use it myself being a pregnant stay at home mom. Also, I love the color and sleek look of the machines. It brings me so much happiness to go in and see our beautiful new laundry room complete with amazing and efficient washer and dryer.

When doing a load of laundry, I had to get down on the ground to look inside the washer and make sure I got all my laundry. The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ was a lot quieter than most other washers and dryers I've had in the past. There wasn't the balance issue that a single washing machine usually has. The dryer didn't drone as loud as other dryers I've had. I'm still getting used to the AI, the one time I used it, my laundry took forever. The prefilled detergent and softener is a huge bonus of the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™.
