I bought this recently, and I'm just breaking it in. It is loud and heavy, but it will run my whole house, including pool, A/C and portable spa. I love the tri-fuel feature as I have 3 ways to power it. It is currently connected to my gas meter.

I've had it for a while but fortunately have not needed to use it. Great power rating even on propane. Easy to set up. Good to know I can power my house if the time comes.

Haven't had to actually use it long but testing works great. Whether powered via gasoline or natural gas, this generator has plenty of power for the whole house

Bought this for the impending two hurricanes approaching the South Carolina Coast. They ultimately turned north and out to sea. But next power outage ~ I'm ready. Intend to use PROPANE ONLY to avoid carburetor clogging

Bought this after being without power for five days last year. thankfully, this year we have had no issue. This is enough to run our house and part of the elderly neighbor's house. now to build a spot to store it in the shed.

Free upgrade to Tri-fuel. Set-up was straightforward. Propane tank hookup clean. Electric start-up easy. 85 decibels noise level at generator. Smooth running engine. In the second hour of engine break-in. All good so far...

I recently purchased the 12000/9500w generator, so far out of the box everything but the key fob works. I love having the capability of having 50a to play with. Would have given 5 stars had I been able to get the key fob to link up with the unit. Will update at a later time after some use

Easy set up and start up. And the key fob! OMG! Give that person a raise and an extra week of vacation! Tell corporate I approved it. Thanks y'all. I have recommended this gennie to several people and coworkers. It's a loud one though. Is there an aftermarket muffler I can put on it? Anyway, it's a solid piece of equipment.

Purchased in Sept 2023, first use was Oct 2024 during Hurricane Milton. Followed instructions for assembly and was using only propane. Giving a 4 star rating for 2 things: Initially, generator would start and then die after a few seconds. CO and maintenance lights would come on, but manual does not clearly explain what that means. Turns out it was due to the low oil level as detected by the sensor as the generator needed more oil than came provided in the 1.1 liter bottle. Second, the tire and location of the 50 Amp 14-50R outlet make it an awkward fit for my cord as it exits down from the plug. It is not a quiet generator, but that is to be expected due to its capacity.

We bought this unit after hurricane Helene caused us to be without electricity for two weeks. We only had this unit two days before power was restored, but it was more powerful and quieter than the generator we borrowed. This unit is well built and was very easy to assemble and start running. The duel fuel is very helpful to keep power going for a long time uninterrupted. I have recommended this unit to my friends and am in the process of installing a 50 amp plug to tie into my electrical panel.
