I just received the generator, opened the box and put it together in less than twenty minutes. Looks great, sounds great and now I'm ready for Hurricane Season! I purchased for ease of starting, cause as I continue to age pull starting is not going to be easy. Thank you!

Purchased this WGen9500DF as backup to future home power outages. I considered it because of gasoline/propane power and 12,500 watt load capability. Remote START/SHUTDOWN was a valuable add-on but the electric start and corded start were what I was using for my pervious generators. The 6.6 gallon fuel tank or propane cylinder capacity means I am flexible to available fueling sources. The noise level the WGen9500DF produces is TOLERABLE and since is it is run just outside the house I would prefer hearing the drone of the engine. Operation comments: Fuel is either 10% alcohol 87octane or alcohol-free 90octane regular gasolines VERY IMPORTANT! The 11oz oil capacity is a plus SAE10W-30 regular oil or SAE10W-30 synthetic oil is a good range. I will use SAE10W-30 Synthetic for the life of this generator. The WGen9500DF has started in single digit to over 80 degree weather for me. I like the automatic start circuit RESTARTS several times until the engine runs. I use the 50amp plug-in and this is GREAT. WGen9500DF 09503Rev01

I will be able to now plug this generator into a transfer switch on the outside of my home. Power goes out, I turn off the main switch and a couple of breakers for pool and central air conditioning and then fire up my Westinghouse. It will power everything else in the4600 sq foot house including my well pump and a portable AC. Exciting!

I purchased this generator for the tri fuel feature. It was easy to set up and was ready to use in minutes after delivery. It is quite heavy but with the loop handle and large wheels on the unit it is easily move around and set up. With this unit we feel ready for our next power outage.

I just received this united on 9/11/2020 (37 days after purchase) and put it thru all of the non load run tests. It started on gasoline and propane by remote and push button every time with minimum noise/vibrations and no leaks. Ran 4 times for 1/2 hr. each on both fuels with no problems, real test will come when power outage occurs. Only issue I had was a minor one. The weld on nut for one of the front feet was poorly done and snapped off when tightening.

This generator is the way to go due to the low cost and ability to auto start when power goes out. The propane fuel keeps the gas carburetor clean if you only use the propane. This way you don't have to worry about gasoline becoming bad in the carb.

This is a beast of a generator, but capable of powering our whole house. It is quieter than most 6000-8000W generators. It is easy to move around. I have put it through 1 hurricane and 1 ice storm so far with flawless results. Love the remote and push button start!

I just received my wgen9500 DF today. Installed wheels and feet. Added oil and gas. Started first try with push button and remote. Putting out 243 volts as it should.well pleased so far. Only gave it 4 stars because I have not run it under a load yet. But I am sure it will be ok.

I Just purchased this unit In Anticipation of an approaching high winds. Getting this unit assembled and ready to run was very easy. I really like the remote starting feature. It started easy, and I'am ready if I do lose power. The westing house brand was recommended to me by a friend who has one and used it a lot

Bought this unit to supply power to essential appliances in case of power failure for extended periods and to power the camper when using it off grid. Everything seems to be working fine for now, however I have not tested this product extensively or for prolonged periods of time. So far I am pleased with this product.
