I bought this expecting it to be ok but was actually surprised at the craftsmanship the quality the thought put into this..I feel safe and secure knowing that when I need to use this that it is going to work and that it's gonna work goo...No buyers remorse very happy

This is a well designed and manufactured product. Clearly lot of thought has gone into making getting it up and running as easy as possible. Small details like battery quick disconnects, tools and oil being included are helpful and impressive. It even comes with a funnel so you don't spill the oil. The instruction manual is well written and very concise. The handle stows very neatly but is extremely robust and makes moving the generator easy. I am very happy with this product.

So far this generator has been absolutely amazing, tested it out today when it arrived on the house and then I also tested it with my welder and plasma cutter. this thing handles a load without you even noticing you are getting the power from a generator. would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for piece of mind during hurricane season or is looking for a job site unit for running tools and equipment. also a lot quieter than others that I have owned

Quality parts and material, well assembled, looks and feel like a high end product. Packaging, instructions and accessory are good too. Unit works as advertised no issue so far... Of course it's only been a few weeks so it would be a shame if it didn't work. Would buy again.

The Tri-Fuel generator has all the features I wanted. I especially like the electric starting feature and the ability to hook up to Natural gas. The unit is also somewhat less noisy than my previous generator. The unit started quickly on gasoline and it was easy to switch to Natural gas. I am really looking forward to running it on Natural gas when the power goes out.

I bought this generator in mid December 2020 and assembly was a snap. Put some gas in it, but it wouldn't start. I OVERLOOKED HOOKING CABLES TO THE BATTERY. I hooked them up and guess what? It started right up. I've used once since and like all the features on it. I think its a good deal too.

I've only had chance to run this generator for an hour, not even broken in but so far I'm very impressed. I like that it can run on propane and indeed it started right up on the fuel. Its my first ever generator so I don't have much to compare to but I connected my hedge trimmer and shop vac and the generator barely noticed. This unit is pretty loud I guess would be my biggest complaint, cause got to have at least one... :-) When it gets to final location I'll be trying to position in some way to try and further attenuate....? Will see. I'm also a little bummed that the propane high altitude kit is not available till next month but this unit for emergency power and I know I could run if I had to. Last I'll just comment that I don't remember it being in the start up notes but be sure to inspect the air filter. The outer coarse filter had not been properly installed on mine, was off center and so would not have filtered properly, and would have affect fuel air mixture so I'm glad I caught it. A little water and some time and then a clothing steamer and i got the filter to pretty much return to shape.. I wouldn't let affect any purchasing decision.

I needed to have some electrical work done on my house in order to accommodate this generator (Transfer Switch Installed). When the electricians opened the box they loved what they saw! They'd not seen a generator like this before, especially the remote start-up. I have not used it yet and hopefully will not need to for the Hurricane Season here in South Florida. Fingers Crossed! I now have peace of mind which is very comforting!

When our friends used this generator during the Beryl outages, we were envious—it performed so well we knew we had to get one for ourselves! Its easy start function, dual fuel capabilities, and safe home plug-in feature ensure we'll stay comfortable during our next power outage.

I bought this for the many power outages we have in our part of Texas. The set up was easy, good instructions. It's set up for propane and have gasoline as the secondary fuel type. It tested well for appliances. The previous home owner had already had the electrical hook ups to main breaker and propane in place. Hopefully I wound need it but nice to have the piece of mind it's ready to go.
