I was looking for a generator that ran on both propane and gas and was powerful enough to run my whole house included central air if need be. This baby does it all. The item arrived when scheduled and was a breeze to set up. Opened the box and all I need to do was put on the wheels, add the included oil, and connect the included propane hose. Done in 10 minutes and the generator started right up. I had an electrician hook up the 50 amp inlet box that connected to my house main panel using an interlock system. Added gas to the tank, started up the generator, shut off my main breaker, plugged in the 50 amp cord, turned on the generator breaker, and wow...powered the whole house and was able to run the a/c. Very impressed with the generator and it's ease of use. I would highly recommend! Why did I wait so long?

I love the features of this generator. Tri-fuel is excellent as it can run directly off the natural gas line from my house so I never have to refuel it. Keeping this on standby for power outages and also getting an interconnect so it can provide power to my whole home. Instructions were very detailed and made it easy to set up. The battery had charge and it started up using propane on the first try.

Purchased to replace a similar generator. I love the versatility of the propane or gas functions. The remote start is fantastic. I can be in the kitchen and start it up. Don't forget to plug in the battery maintainer that came with the unit because you have to have the power switch on to use the remote start. Tested the generator as soon as I put oil in it. Started right up on gasoline. Always remember to turn the fuel off and let the carburetor run out of gas before walking away or storing this generator. Hooked up to propane and let it run for several hours with it furnishing power to my home. I have a 5000 watt heater along with the usual appliances and it handled the load wonderfully. All in all, a great product so far. Just hope I don't have to use it so often. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Purchase generator December 2022, it worked great for the first time we needed it in July 2023, however, it is now January 2024 and upon testing the generator. I'm unable to get it to start. I'm not able to obtain any Indicating lights even with a new battery. Not sure what the issue is.

Received this generator as promised, looks great. Only took 45 min. to unpack and assemble, (wheels and front feet, add oil and fuel, plug in battery). It started right up with no issues. Ran on gas for a while then switched to propane while running with no issues, ran for a while then switched back, no issues. runs a little rough for only a second when switching between fuel sources but that is expected. Put a light load on it for break in, haven't ran whole house yet but expect it to work perfectly whenever power goes out again.

Bought Wgen9500DF on 8/8/21 and received it much earlier than originally promised. Easy to assemble with many great features to use. Love that it is a dual fuel machine. Easy start up and sounds great. Wheels and handle make it easy to move machine around. I recommend this machine.

I bought this generator because of all the features. The main ones being tri-fuel and electric start. I've owned it for 4 months and today was the first day of testing... my power went off during thunderstorms. I quickly connected my propane tank, connected the battery, pushed a button and it cranked right up. Plugged up power cords and the generator saved the day. So far, my only complaint is the generator is very loud running.

I bought this generator for emergency purposes, but have used it already for a small construction job to run some power tools. Works great. Love the fact that I can plug in my 40 amp cord directly from the generator into my house breaker box! Great features for the price !!

Soon after generator was delivered I hooked it up to propane and filled with oil. Took 1.5 quarts (there was a 1 quart bottle included with generator need to buy the other 1/2 quart). Generator fired up and generated electricity. Hope it will have good longevity.

I bought this generator a year ago and I've had to use it two times. Living in our area it is definitely needed as we have constant power outages because of all the trees and overhead power lines in our area. We recently ran it 3 days straight with a direct inlet connection to our breaker panel. No problems and it was able to pick up the whole house and the AC. It is reasonably loud but not too much.
