I've only unboxed and started assembly right now but I can say that everything is packaged nicely. Arrived damage free. Components seem to be high quality. I've had a few generators in my day and this is right up at the top a far as build quality goes.

We are very satisfied with our new, larger generator. It is quieter, more efficient and easier to use than the old one. It is larger than the other one and once I get the transfer switch hooked up my wife will have no trouble starting and using it either.

The generator was delivered yesterday & it was very easy to put the wheels on. It even came with the oil and a funnel. We attached the wheels, added the oil and it is ready to go! It Waldo came with an attachment for propane and with the Fob to start from inside the house. We are prepared for the next power outage, I would recommend this product

My neighbor purchased the same unit a week ago during a power outage and it ran perfect for 3 days. It handle all his homes power needs without any problems. So I decided to purchase one. Living in Texas, installing a back-up power supply has been on my to do list for years. Just finished testing this generator with a transfer switch system and I am very satisfied with the results. Whether faced with a hurricane or freezing temperatures I feel much more able to handle any situation.

I bought this generator in April of 1923 the first generator was leaking oil and that box was damages I called costumer service and they took care of my problem. Now I am getting ready for huracanes session I just took it out box today it look great the user manual is easy to read I have to wait too see how this generator preformed under real conditions

A backup generator is one of those things we think about purchasing when we need it. It is something I have put off until we dealt with the 2020 hurricane season. Having a little one now, it is a must. There are so many decent generators out there that it comes down to specific offerings that set them apart. I chose this firstly because I know Westinghouse is a great brand. Also, push start was a must so that my wife could start the generator if I am not at home. An added bonus is that this comes with a remote start function. If my wife has our son on her hip, she can press a button inside the house and start the generator without leaving him or having him close by. These things give me piece of mind. Also having a duel fuel option is something I wanted because propane is readily available and doesn't spoil like gasoline. I can get a 100lb tank and keep it all season without having to worry about spoilage. This generator checks off all the marks and will run everything in our home except the AC but we plan on getting a portable unit that this generator will easily run. Can't go wrong with Westinghouse.

I recently had to purchase this generator for my house. I had a transfer switch attached to my house and the generator was more than enough power for it. I was also able to add my extra fridge in my garage. None of my food spoiled and we were able to live a semi normal life even though our power was off due to the tornado that hit our town in Oak Forest Illinois. I strongly recommend this generator for a family that is looking for backup power due to a bad storm and the lights go out.

I bought this for an upcoming storm. I am an old 70 year old woman that is unable to start a pull start generator. This starts with a push button or key fob and works like a charm! It's a little difficult for me to wheel it around but once I get it set into a shelter of some sort, it will be perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase!

The generator was easy to assemble (10 min. tops). Tools and battery were a bonus. I hooked up a propane cylinder and it started immediately when the start button was pressed. One minor annoyance is the frame is out of plumb. It does not seem to impact operation but is noticeable and causes the wheel to rub on the battery holder.
