Ordered this to feed the main panel of the house, which will feed just about everything in the house, including well pump, sump pump, AC, etc. Have not had to use it yet, but all indications are good that it'll be a great addition for those emergency moments. Love the option of having a choice of fuel. Especially since propane can be kept in storage indefinitely.

ordered it on 1/24/22 and it came in 1/30/22 that was 3 days sooner than they said. unpacked it added gas and used the remote for the first try and it started right up ran great tested all the outlets all good. I purchased this generator after looking at a lot of good reviews. I am very happy that I chose Westinghouse. Tom R

Power kept going out more then ever. After a lot of research I decided on the WGen9500DF. After a few minutes of having to put the tires and the feet on, I added the supplied oil that came with the generator, filled with gas, and one attempt and it started right up. The fact that I can use gas or propane is a bonus. The generator is not to loud. Some reviews said it was pretty loud. I didn't think so. Now I have no more worries when my power goes out. I'll be prepared.

Came as scheduled without damage and was easy to unbox and assemble. Remote start works great and is very convenient it produces plenty of power and doesn't bog down with high surge loads. Gas shutoff is easy to access. So far so good. Included instructions were very clear.

Brand new out of the box! Simple install of footers and wheels. Key fob hanging on pull start. Came with necessary 10mm wrench to install footers. Only complaint so far is the 1 quart of 10W30 4 cycle oil wasn't quite enough to start. Just touching the bottom of the dipstick. Probably not take much to get it into the crosshatch marks on the dipstick, but not enough to risk it. I'll have to wait to check this baby out. Came with a card to get a free cover if you review it so hold off on getting a cover. Guess I have a spare. Everything looks like good quality.

Purchased to replace my current generator that wasn't powerful enough to handle our central AC unit. This generator meets all my needs including being powerful enough and tri-fuel. Simple to assemble (just install wheels and feet) and add oil. Fired right up on propane and I've also tested it on natural gas. I added a soft start to my 3.5 ton AC unit and everything is working great! We are now storm ready!

Bought this to prep for the winter storms in South Texas and after the first week of having it, my neighborhood had a power outage due to a downed powerline. I was able to get it set up and running within about 30 minutes. I was able to run several household items and keep things going for the entire time we were without power.

The WGen9500 DF satisfies all my requirements for a home back-up generator. After months of research, I purchased this one because it came with all the options and power necessary to run our entire house during a power grid outage, plus- there are so many excellent reviews for Westinghouse products on the internet (and so few negative ones). Having the dual fuel capability is a big plus with this generator. Haven't had to use it yet but I'm confident that if Texas has another winter like 2021, we will be much more comfortable with this power plant.

I got the threshold delivery and they brought it into my garage. Assembly was quick and easy. Included oil just made the low threshold, but that's ok I'll need to get oil anyway. Hooked up the propane tank I had on hand and the generator was running in a jiffy. Easy to move around even on uneven lawn thanks to the large wheels. The included battery charger is cool. Better yet is the connectors on the battery if I need to do a quick charge.

Decided to upgrade our generator after multiple power outages. Luckily no power outages yet. Decided to fire the genny up and make sure everything was great before it needed to be used. Started up super easy. Instructions were simple. Love having the 3 fuel options. Was able to use my interlock kit and power 99% of our house with this generator. So far so good!
