Bought this Genset April 2021. Worked excellent till it didn't Feb 2022 Control panel problem. Called support within a couple of days they had the warranty repair set up.Had it back fixed like new. in about 2 weeks..Rare in todays world to have a warranty issue taken care of so fast and easy. Now the genset works just like new again. This is my 3rd genset of various brands and is what I should have started with. lots if power makes wife happy can run whole house when power goes out

So far, very pleased with my purchase. I got want I wanted. Getting older and I don't like pulling a rope anymore. Battery was already charged and push button start is great. I know what I was missing pulling that cord. Generator is set for the house and my camper 50 0r 30 amps, plugged right into transfer box, gasoline or propane. 3 year warranty. the remote works from inside the house to turn on generator in the shed. CO sensor worked like it should during test. Very happy with my WGen9500DF and its features. It heavy but it is surrounded by a cage with wheels and handle. Easy to move and I have a bad back.

I purchased this generator as a standby power source in the event of a power outage. Shipping was fast and product arrived in good condition. Followed initial startup procedures, and generator started as expected using propane as the fuel source. I really like the dual fuel feature. After break-in period I used the generator to power my house, worked great. I would definitely recommend this generator!

Picked up our new generator three weeks ago. It was well packed in the box, so no damage during shipping. Quick start guide was easy to follow. Added the oil and filled the gas tank. The unit started on first try with the remote key fob. Really happy we bought this unit. It provides the backup we needed in case of power outages again this winter.

I first purchased the Wgen7500DF and worked like a charm, however, only had 30amp.... kept my eye out for this Wgen9500DF for a couple of months since everywhere was sold out... glad I waited... a few became available, purchased one, and within a week it was delivered right at my doorstep... its a beauty can't wait to turn it on

Bought it a month ago and set it up with house plug and 50 amp cable to run our well and major house needs. Just a week later we lost our power as a result of the big lightning storm in California. Worked fine. Only complaint so far is that the 50 amp outlet on the unit is too close to the wheel. The only plug and cord we could find has a 90 degree angle and we had to take off the wheel. The Westinghouse 50 amp cable was out of stock at the time we ordered the unit.

I purchased this generator on March 28, 2021 and it was delivered on April 9, 2021. Considering my order involved LTL shipping via truck from Ohio (I'm in Texas) that wasn't too bad. Today I finished setting it up and ran it using both Propane and Gasoline. The remote electric start is simply incredible. This is my 2nd generator. The first one I bought from one of the big box retailers and the engine had t be replaced after only about 50 hours of use. This Westinghouse unit is so far superior to that other one, I can't even believe the difference. I'm not looking forward to another emergency situation where we have to use a generator again... but I am so much more confident now that I have this Westinghouse unit. LOVE IT!!

I bought this generator a few months back. My neighborhood suffers from power outages from bad weather. I invested in the WGen9500 dual generator and outfitted my home for a 50 amp plug in in case of power outage.. results?: Work's Beautifully!! If you looking for a generator that delivers power and works beautifully this is it! Get It!

Hoping this will meet our needs - for when PG& E decides to start rolling black out. Looks to be well thought out. Beware that total combined total output of 40 amps, even tho it has a 50 amp hook up- you're still only going to get 40 amps out of it.

The generator was easy to install and setup. It started right up without any issues. I'm planning on running it on propane only. The documentation is very good and explains how to take care and use the generator. Great price for the features. I especially like the key FOB that can be used to start and stop it.
