Just bought this generator and it started up first time. This generator is really well constructed (I've been welding as a professional sculptor for 45 years). It's a complete package - just buy gas and you can get this running in under an hour - and that's at a leisurely pace. Haven't got it fully broken in ( ie run time of 5 hours) but think this is the best purchase of the four generators I've bought in the last 25 years.

Instructions and set up to use easy to follow. We are ready if powe goes out. the only negative is that the front "feet" are supposed to bolt to the generator frame with 2 bolts, but the frame only had one hole w a weld utility. Somehow missed the second hole and weld it. Minor issue though

We did a lot of comparison shopping and decided on the Westinghouse generator. It's a household name and the power of this generator, especially for the price is an unbelievable deal. This generator has a great amount of power for our house, also is a dual fuel, and has lots of great features. The set up is great, has a push button start as well as a remote and is also smart switch ready. Great product for a great price!

Purchased this generator after losing power for the second time in one month. After a lot of research, this had exactly what we needed (dual power with either propane or gas). We like the fact that we can operate our fridge, deep freeze, tankless water heater, and more with one generator. Gives us the peace of mind knowing that we won't lose everything until the power comes back on. Only advice that we have, when you make the purchase, make sure you have someone with you. It is heavy.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Easy, minor assembly and no surprises. Strait forward removal of neutral ground bond wire for powering main breaker panel. Easy earth ground rod attachment. Started 1st try with remote or panel button. Worked on gasoline and propane. Excellent features.

I bought this generator (model WGen9500TFc) almost a month ago and am super excited for it going forward. I ran it for 6.5 hours to test everything out and it ran very smoothly the whole time! (It was running on the natural gas fuel mode during this test) Seems to be a great product and would recommend after testing it!

Unit arrived earlier than the committed delivery date with no shipping damage at all. Just received my 9500DF unit and was initially concerned about the weight but the built in handle made it quite manageable to maneuver around. Easily attached the wheels and feet. Connecting the battery and filling the engine with the supplied oil was convenient. Took the unit out for a spin; Started right up on gasoline Smoothly transferred to LPG while running Smoothly switched back to gasoline while running Disconnected the LPG easily Shut off the gasoline line valve and let the unit run itself dry. Also ran some power tools on the different fuels with no issues. First impression is great!!!

The generator arrived on time with an excellent delivery crew. Easy to put together wheel assembly. Fired up right away and ran smooth. Haven't put a full load on it, but small individual loads run quite well. Only had it a couple of days so time will tell. Plan to have a transfer switch installed and use it for entire house emergency power.

Just purchased this generator 2 days and I absolutely love it. Starts and runs flawlessly every time I have tested it. Dual fuel option at that power rating for that price was the deal maker for me. I'm hoping Westinghouse quality which i researched considerably is true to form... time will tell...I will report any future problems should they occur... so far I love this unit!

I bought this generator because I live in an area that has regular hurricane concerns. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, I was told I'd get a free cover if I left a review so I am. I will update the review as soon as I get to use the unit. It came in great condition with the hook up for propane and oil for the engine as well as wheels to transport it. I like that it comes with electric and remote start. The machine did have many glowing reviews already so hopefully I'll give it another.
