I received my Westinghouse 9500Tfc with no problems and setup was super smooth. Put on the wheels and added oil, hooked up to propane tank and fired up on first try. Ran very smoothly and noise was not that bad (it is a big boy). I ran for an hour with variable loads and my Power Watchdog surge protector showed a very consistent voltage. Got a 50 amp cord and had an electrician wire a generator inlet with interlock to my home panel. Planning on having a natural gas quick connect installed on my pool heater gas line out back so I can just hook up and let it go. Just waiting for the next storm…. Thanks Westinghouse

I purchased this Tri Fuel generator to give us lots of options. It was very easy to get my plumber to create a connection to the gas main line at the house. My only suggestion is for the included gas hose to have a quick connect for each side, not just to the generator.

I bought this Generator Saturday and it now Tuesday and is already here. Came in great shape strapped to a shipping pallet and place at my shop door. I put it together in no time and started right up and runs great, I will send another review in a month or so.

I just received my generator and am very happy with it. I will be using it as a backup source for my house and also as needed for my service truck. Like the remote start feature and the dual fuel capabilities. Fires right up without hesitation. I read the reviews for this model and that is what made me decide on the Westinghouse.

I was extremely impressed my the performance of this generator when I witnessed first hand how well it worked at a friend's 1600sqft home. She was able to run her AC, all the lights, TVs and power her important appliances like refrigerator, deep freeze. It's easy to move around with the built in handle, very sturdy!

I bought his a few weeks ago and have only ran it once to test it out but everything worked like it should and is built well. It has tons of features I love like the duel fuel option, electric start and display for wattage usage, etc. I recommended this generator to several friends and family.

I have the Smart Switch as well and together with the generator I am protected from winter power outages that are a threat to me and my country home. I will never be without heat, light and water again. I love that it has dual fuel capability, electric and remote start and can be started with a pull, too.

Hurricane Beryl arrived in the Houston Area and knocked out power to our home in early July, 2024. A friend showed us his portable generator setup and after seeing how well his Westinghouse WGen9500TFc worked to supply power after the storm, we decided to purchase the same model for our home. Delivery of our generator was fast, and it was easy for us to set up. It is connected to natural gas and our set up has been test run. Our new WGen9500TFc has us much better prepared for future storms.

I bought this (being female ) I can't pull start . It is so easy to start with remote , no problem at all. I am a massage therapist and have a lot of sheet to wash. People don't cancel their massages because your power is out. Lol. It has been great. I'm so glad I purchased it . It has made my life so much easier.

Great machine! Highly recommended by my electrician. Ive had it for 2 months, ran break-in period, testing periog with electrician, and subsequent test after 1month. It starts and runs well with full load at temps below -5 degrees C. Charges battery when not inuse. Runs on gas and propane. Controls are straightforward and easy to operate. Easy to move around and position. I live in rural Quebec with cold winters and power outages, and I am very happy with this generator.
