I am so glad I now have a generator because the area I live in is close to the Gulf and storms and hurricanes have impacted me and left me without electricity before. It is good to have the security knowing I will still be able to use my CPAC machine if the electricity goes out.

We bought this for our RV and any disaster that may come! It runs great and the fact that you can switch from Propane to fuel is great. We have been remodeling the RV and we have had the Generator Running. It Runs the window Unit AND the Roof unit at the same time, Win Win for us

This was very easy to assemble - just put on the feet and wheels with very little effort - Add oil - plug in the battery - hook up your fuel source or fill with gasoline - start her up. At first, I thought it was loud - but the tone is such that when inside, yes you can hear it, but its not bad and can tune out the noise easily. Very simple and easy to use - very self explanitory. Has good features - and digital display gives you the maintenance schedule when needed.

I recently purchased the WGen9500DF because I wanted a dual fuel generator to run on propane with a backup of gas. I used it for the first time yesterday for 5-1/2 hours while the power was out and it ran perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I had a 50 AMP receptacle installed so I can connect a cable to the generator and have it connect to the whole house. No more extension cords!

Hurricane Irma left us without power for 5 day a few years ago. I vowed to my wife that it won't be the case next time. After a lot of procrastination, research and my wife's constant "encouragement" to "at least buy something", I decided that I would get a generator that would run the whole house. This powerful dual fuel model fits the bill. Plus, it has great reviews. I will be hiring an electrician to install an interlock switch before the hurricane season swings into action. I have never owned a generator before and found it easy to add the leg supports and wheels. I followed the easy to understand set up instructions and connected it to a propane tank, pushed the start button and it started right away. I'm not looking forward to hurricane season but it's better to have a generator and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I bought the WGen9500DF last August after living through the Texas freeze fiasco. We had a thunderstorm this evening with a little lightning which knocked out entire subdivisions around Houston. It's amazing how poor the electric grid is. Generator is hooked up to LP and powering most of the house. The electric starter is awesome.

Assembly and installation were easy. Convenient dual fuel feature allows for flexibility during power outages. The remote start capability is convenient during inclement weather. Wish the battery charging cable was a little longer, but that doesn't affect the operation of the unit.

I been searching for a Generator here in Texas since our Power Outage last Winter. Was very excited to finally decide on this Westinghouse 9500DF.. I just received it today, took 10 Minutes top open it and put a couple of parts on it and it started right up.. Love the electric start!

I haven't tried it yet. So far it is heavier, looks better, and feel premium. I'm so anxious to try it out in the future. The assembly was pretty easy and fun, but be warn again it is heavy you need 2 very strong adults. I recommend having 3 adults at a minimum.

i bought this after a four day blackout. It arrived in good shape. It takes about 15 minutes to set up including the wheels and connecting the battery. Started right up (be sure to turn the fuel valve on). Was surprised to find that it came with a battery charger...very handy.
