My generated showed up a day ahead of time. It was very easy to set up and operate. It came with the propane and natural gas connectors from the manufacturer which was a added bonus. Being able to start and top the generato we work the press of a butting using the key fob is a great feature and one that made me go with this manufacturer.

Bought this after a week long power outage from an ice storm to hook up to the house in future power outages. It was easy to set up, came with oil and a funnel. Absolutely love the power start feature and auto choke. Push a button and it tries on it's own several times to start. Comes with a remote fob. Started right up. We only ran it for a few minutes to make sure it worked. Yes, it's loud. Haven't seen a generator that isn't. Have not tried the propane yet.

This thing is a beast. It starts easily and powers just about everything in a 1400 sq ft home. The instruction manual and maintenance schedule are both very informative and easy to read. Money well spent for a peace of mind in hurricane season in Florida!

I bought this due to a power outage (we had an ice storm and power was out for two weeks!) and this generator is a BEAST! I purchased a 40 gallon propane tank and with that and a full tank of gas I was able to have heat, hot water and television the entire time the power was out.

I just received my generator yesterday and have not had a chance to use it yet. I am very impressed by the build/style of the unit, and I really like the dual fuel capability. I have no doubt that this unit will serve me well. Only gave 4 stars because I have not used it yet

I bought this two weeks ago and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Spent a month researching generators and found the options on this model fit all my needs. This will provide my wife and myself peace of mind with the recent upward trends of Hurricanes and winter freezes like we've endured, even here in South Texas.

My wife and I have been revieving other generator manufacturers , and found the value, ease of use and being able to start from inside our home. I love it !!! We live in NW Florida , where one should have power backup, just in case of the ole hurricanes .

Just got it today, easy to assemble and fire right up on both propane and gasoline. Good build quality and well thought out. Four stars because generator was left on its end in m driveway and what little oil remained in the crankcase before shipping leaked out and mad a minor mess. Shipping is problematic, not the manufacturer's fault but a little disappointing nonetheless.

Initially when I received my new generator it would not start using gas. After cleaning out the carb the generator now works on gas. A brand new generator shouldn't need any servicing. Westinghouse also sent me a new carb so at least I have a backup. I have only got to test the generator out for about 30 minutes. So far so good.

I really liked the traditional user manual. Product was as it was advertised, well packaged and protected from shipping damage. Deliver on time. I think this was a good purchase, appears solid and well built. One minor issue, when bolting on a rubber foot, the welded bolt did not match the hole so the bolt would not screw into the bolt.
