This unit was just delivered last week, we put on the wheels and legs, put the oil in, put some gas in and fired her up! Took a couple of tries, but it was very cold and I figure the gas had to get through the system. Once it fired up, she ran very smoothly! I am very pleased so far, and it gives me a great sense of security knowing I have that much power available to run our household in case of an outage!

I purchased a Westinghouse WGen9500TFc tri fuel generator earlier this month. The quality and construction of this generator is top of the line. Very heavy-duty construction and easy to assemble and provide routine maintenance on. My house is 100% and when I ran the generator it started right up carried 75% of my entire house without a problem. This is the second Westinghouse product I have purchased as I also have a WPX 3200 pressure washer. I would purchase Westinghouse products again in the future and highly recommend this generator and any other Westinghouse product to anyone, based upon my experience with this generator and my Westinghouse pressure washer.

This generator exceeded my expectation for a backup power source for my home. Living in Florida you need to prepare for hurricanes. Having duel fuel, push / remote start capabilities is a game changer . I have piece of mind knowing I have the WGen9500df as my back up generator.

I bought this a few days ago and already had the pleasure of using it due to power outage that happens all the time in my neighborhood. I was tired of being without power along with only 5 other houses in my very large neighborhood. The generator works great

I have been researching backup generator options for my home for some time. This unit fits the bill! I got bids for whole home units and they were just too expensive. I had a transfer switch installed on my home and with this unit I have a much more affordable option. We will have lights, appliances and heat when we need it!

The set up of this generator is very simple. It only took me a few minutes to have it up and running. Westinghouse included the necessary oil and the battery was fully charged. Once hooked up to Propane it started right up and purred like a kitten. I have not tried it on gas as I only plan to use propane with this unit. This bad boy is going to power my wood shop.

I bought this in December of 2021 and have used it for fun and also for power outages and well I can't complain one bit about it - it runs the whole house and my garage with no problem and when used for fun - it has run all that was hooked to it for me. So this is the perfect unit for what I needed and some. TWO THUMBS UP !! Recently I asked on how and where to get some parts (extra) so I could have when the services are due - and well they responded back quickly with their website to get parts - and they also explained that if I needed any other help to either call or email the customer help. I 'm sorry I waited so long to purchase a generator (my wife has been pestering me for a few yrs to get one). I bought the 9500 yesterday.(6-20-22). We lost power again last week for 10 hrs. and we could have used our new generator then. Will be contacting a electrician shortly to wire up the transfer switch and are anxious to try this new power house.

Bought it as a backup generator so I haven't used it yet other than testing it. I am a tech for a propane company and have seen a lot of propane engines. We use them for compressors. This is the easiest starting, smoothest running propane engine I have used yet other than a larger permanent gens. The only negative thing I can say is that the propane hose is short and that the regulator was set at 17.2 inches water column. Normally 14 inches is a max. This unit is also louder than I expected but not terrible.

Our son-in-law purchased this gen 2 years ago after moving from CA to AL, knowing he would certainly need one. So, our 13 year old Hobart gen went out of service this month, so we purchased the Westinghouse Duel Fuel. We put oil in it, used the propane tank, and it started right up. After all, this is a well known brand for many years. It was not loud and easy to put together.
