I unboxed it and assembly was easy. I followed all the starting instructions and it wouldn't start. I made sure I followed all the directions. I'm glad I have friends and relatives who were able to assist me in getting it started. Had to unscrew the bolt on the carb bowl to burp it. Started fine after that.

I just received my generator Wgen9500DF, and the assembly of the wheels and initial set up was very easy. The instruction manual is very clear and the instructions easy to follow; I did the whole assy by myself. I will provide another update review once I get the unit running for a few hrs, but so far very pleased with the unit.

I was happy to order this generator from a Canadian Company. I was hoping to find one totally made in North America but that is hard to find. It arrived well packaged and on time. It was easy to assemble with the tool provided. The dual gas feature is super, Wery easy to start. The only donwside is that I found it a little bit noisy. It is now connected to my Hydro panel and tested. Works nicely.

I bought this a few weeks back and so far so good. The shipping was excellent. Stated that it would take around 2 weeks to receive but only took 3 days. Looking forward to seeing what this generator can do. So happy to have no worries about losing power again.

This is my first generator and I am already loving it. This generator will power your whole house. The fact that it has dual power use just blew my mind. I used just the propane and it worked fine for my first set up. Thank you Westinghouse for this wonderful piece of machinery.

After a lot of research, I chose this generator to fill our needs. Dual fuels, remote start are just a few of the features that put this generator a step above. I wanted a portable generator that my wife could maneuver and operate when I was at work and this works perfectly for her.

Just received it. seems to be a nice generator lots of output. Hopefully next power outage it will run the essentials. We loose power frequently and I have medical device that needs power to charge batteries. only one little defect pre air cleaner was not installed correctly. All better now.

Bought the WGen9500DFc in prep for hurricane season. Just test cranked it and everything checks out. Seems well built, wheels and handle are solid. I am a fan of the 40A/240 outlet and the 30/250 twist lock. Remote/electric start is not necessary, but a very nice addition. I expect this generator to provide many years of service.

I just now got it set up. A friend who just recently got a more expensive one was amazed at how much better this one is. It is so powerful, has dual fuel capacity, a remote starter, easily transportable and starts right up with remote. I am so pleased with my purchase.

I just got this generator so I can't give a review for long term use, but it has amazing features and is very well made. It was not complicated to set up and worked right out of the box. As it stands, I would definitely recommend it! The remote start is very cool too :)
