Bought this Generator for the dual purpose of running power tools on jobsites during home renovations (Home flipping) as well as a whole house backup. So far I am very impressed with the power output, simplicity of design and thoroughness of the packaging. Everything other than fuel is included in the package for assembly and operation including oil, funnel, wrenches, detailed instructions along with a maintenance schedule. I'm able to now run everything from my Graco Paint sprayer on down to home necessities when our wacky South Carolina weather throws us a curve ball in winter. Highly recommend!

I bought this dual fuel generator because I needed something to keep the essential appliances in our house running during an outage, the dual fuel option was attractive to me because I don't like storing gasoline. The unit arrived promptly and was easy to set up and the instructions were clear. It seems very sturdy and well-built. So far during my test run I've only used propane but it was easy to start using the push button. One of the GFI outlets seemed a bit sensitive to the leaf blower I plugged in for testing as it tripped when I turned up the speed but the other outlet was totally fine. This is not something I hope to use a lot but I feel like it will serve me well during the next power outage.

I purchased this generator a few weeks ago in preparation for hurricane season, and so far its lived up to the many expectations I had set. I've only done test runs so far but it's been running smoothly. It's compatible with everything I need it for, air conditioning, fans, and back feeding for my whole house. It came in excellent condition and I have no doubt this will last.

Excellent generator for the price I paid. After reading reviews I decided to purchase this generator and am very pleased with it. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted and more. I hope I never have to use it, but am confident if I do it will perform with out any issues.

After the crazy freeze we had this past winter, we realized it was probably time to have a backup plan. We will be installing a transfer switch to hook it up to our home easily. Having the ability to use propane is great. Hoping to get a large propane tank so we'll be ready next time. This has a 50amp, 30, and and two 20amp circuits, so we should have plenty of power to keep the fridge and heaters going when we need to.

We got off to a bad start 2 switches and 3 generators later before it work right. Ok I got over that but when I call for help on new equipment l was told it would be 5 days before I would get help . Something to think about in a loss of power situation!!!

We bought this to replace an older smaller generator The old one was too hard for my wife to start when I wasn't Around. This generator is so nice, my wife can turn one valve before bad weather and if power goes she can push the remote from inside the house. Starts right up. Dual fuel is great if there is a long term outgrew.

Great little generator. Easy to put together. One small problem. No quick disconnect fitting on natural gas hose. Had to order fittings from local plumbing supply house. Once I had fittings to adapt hose to my existing natural gas line starting up right away. Works good so far.

Was looking for a portable generator to power my house with during outages and upon receiving my Westinghouse WGen9500DF, I was glad I went with a brand I could trust. Packaging, instructions and build quality are superb. Easy to use right out of the box. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I bought this generate for power outages during hurricanes. I just got it, did not use it yet - just tested, so more updates will come. Assembly was easy, i put this generator on little kids wagon and was able to attach wheels, and then little support legs. Hooked to propane tank and it worked.. tested on one room only, but intended to use it for powering AC.. I am female and not very familiar with generators, but i followed instruction how to use and it was fairly easy.
