Arrived early in great condition. It was easy to put together. I had it together in less than 30 minutes. Added the supplied oil and hooked up the full charged battery. After adding about a gallon of gas, it started on the second try. I let it run about 15 minutes with no load. Shut it down for about 5 minutes then started with the remote fob. Started first try on the fob. I attached a 3000W heater to the generator, when turned on the generator revved up for a second then went back to idle speed. Next, I added a 1500W halogen light to the load still no problems. I have not run it on propane yet, but on gas I've been happy with it.

My wife and I have been revieving other generator manufacturers , and found the value, ease of use and being able to start from inside our home. I love it !!! We live in NW Florida , where one should have power backup, just in case of the ole hurricanes .

Recent purchase. Bought to power our rural home during seemingly frequent power outages. Going to only use propane power. Has easy instructions and started no problem. Installing 50 amp outlet this week. Hopefully will live up to expectations. Will pass on further evaluation in future

Bought this Generator after doing a lot of research and knowing the quality and reliability of Westinghouse in the electrical industry. As an electrician I've worked on Westinghouse equipment that has been in service for decades and seen the longevity of their equipment. This will pair up nicely with my 40 amp Genelink to run off of the 50 amp receptacle. Living in a rural area where power outages are common throughout the winter months it's vital to have a powerful capable generator.

I bought this generator last week. It arrived earlier then they said. Was easy to put together and and due the first run. It started up right away, was using propane. Ran now and smooth. They said it was a quite machine but it was louder than i expected. Haven't put a load on it yet so can't say how it operates.

I have only had gas generators in the past for Hurricane outages so I am looking forward to propane capability as we have a 50 gallon tank. This should be able to run our whole house AC (heat pump) with most everything else off but that will still be a plus. Once I have had a chance to try it out I will try to leave another review.

Generator has all the modern features such a remote start, includes a plug-in battery charger (eliminating the need to purchase a separate battery tender), with everything easy to get at. Also includes a true printed owners manual with complete assembly instructions, schematics and drawings, and detailed parts listing. No need to hassle with downloads or a folded single piece of paper with limited information representing a manual. Great unit for a turnkey generator set up.

Difficult to find one of these in the southeast US during the very active hurricane season, but so glad I waited! Easy out of the box assembly, parts and instructions were clear, etc. It is a HEAVY machine, but feels durable and solid. Looking forward to many years of reliable use.

After purchase I put in oil, connected propane, paired key fob and started it. Fired fight up with no "priming" like with a Onan. Applied a load and everything worked perfectly. Now I feel more prepared for the bad weather in Mississippi that results in power failures.

I purchased this In July.I'm glad I received this in a timely manner.We have a lot of power outages in this rural area.Dual fuel was a must.Put it together with the help of my brother.We followed directions and it was a breeze.Love the push button start and remote.9500 watts will take care of all my needs.
