Bought this as a replacement to a different brand/model generator I had been using over the last 10 years. Shipment was great, assembly was easy and I am breaking it in accordance with the technical documentation provided by Westinghouse. No complaints so far on this end.

Broke down and got this generator after the last storm left us without power for several days. Looks to be a life saver for the next time. Looks like a great generator to keep us powered up. Too bad I can't get the bonus cover as promised for the review. Would have made it 5 stars instead of 4.

This Generator Runs very good on propane and not as loud as other generators. The unit was easy to assemble, and started right up!. Its an excellent choice when compared to others because the price and quality are there!!...this generator is well built and runs smooth. I have not ran on gas yet as i perfer propane so carb. Stays clean and the propane has no exp. Date like gas dose so i dont have 2 worry about keeping fresh gas on hand or the carb. Gumming up due to the old gas.

Cannot get it to start with Gas. Gas is going to Carb , but will not start. This was bought in 2021 Oct. but never tried to start and run with Gas. I suspect there is trash in carb from factory. It would get at least 4 stars if it was not for that. Now I have to fix a brand new motor. Just what I needed to do.

The only major items not powered are my heat pump, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. My family will be able to ride out hurricanes and ice storms in relative comfort.

I purchased this generator to replace my old one. This generator is very easy to set up, give you more option, can run with any type of fuel, Gas, Propane or nature gas. Have plenty of plug options including 50, 30 amp transfer switch hook up. Main circuit breaker, this generator come with Battery and Remote electric start. everyone out there looking for generator need to consider westinghouse Trifuel generator.

I just bought the wgen9500df a week ago. This thing is awesome! It runs my central unit along with refrigerators! With all the blackouts happening on the west coast, these are a must. Also the best thing is, it runs off propane or gas! Westinghouse is one if not the best brands you can buy. Get this product now!

Just bought this and was easily able to assemble the wheels and feet. Just followed the directions, filled up the oil reservoir, attached the propane tank, connected the battery and clicked the remote start and away it went. I was worried that my wife would have trouble moving it around but no worries! Now...hopefully we will not need it!

Ran operational test, pushed all circuits on, ran our new Samsung dryer as well. Only glitch I have found is my new Heat Pump system w Ecobee thermostat went into a self induced “calibrating” mode. I assume that system is sensitive to different power suppliers' inputs, and it detected a difference with the WGEN supplied power! Just a theory now, will research w the Ecobee people for verification . Otherwise, all else worked w no noticeable issues!!! Great product!!!!!
