This generator is jam-packed with features, straight forward and easy to access controls. My electrician had been recommending a couple of other brands to his customers for back up use and had not seen one of these. Not any more. My electrician saw mine and said it's the one he is going to get for his home.

I bought it a month ago. Delivery took longer than Amaxon predicted, but it got here fine with the box intact. A few days later I opened it to begin assembly and testing. This was routine and went quickly and without complications. I added the oil as instructed and since I have a dual fuel I decided to attach a propane tank first. It started right away. I stopped it after a few minuts then tried the remote start with the fob key. Same thing, easy to start and stop. Ièll continue testing once a month, especially since I live in Canada where temperatures sometime go to - 25C. How will it start when it is that cold? All is set for the next power outage. There have been some bad ones lasting many days in the last years. I feel I now have good insurance to get through them comfortably.

Just bought the unit and had some hidden damage. Not sure if it will effect operation of the unit. Did call their support line and they advised a representative would call me back. Never did get a callback from Customer Service. Not a good sign for future questions. Overall quality and operational instructions seem very good. Seems like a well built machine. Would buy this unit again.

We needed a good generator that we could move around when we needed to that could provide enough power to keep us warm in the winter. I am a 65 year old woman and can easily move the generator where we need to run it when the power goes off. We also like the dual fuel feature as storing gas is not convenient and safe compared to propane. We added a transition switch to our electrical panel and we can easily run our house now if the power goes out.

I bought this last month for back up power during power outages from storms and tornados. We lose power from time to time and when it last for hours, we could lose our refrigerator and freezer food, also sitting in the dark is not fun. This unit puts out a lot of wattage and the dual fuel is a plus, I highly recommend this unit, Thanks M

This is a very substantial motor/generator and appears to be exactly what I need. It has been bought to be an emergency power source in case of electric service being out to the house. It appears to be up to the job, but won't know until it is put to the test. I do have confidence after reading the very detailed manual that it will do what it is intended to do. I feel encouraged.

Purchased this in January 2024. Set up was easy with easy to follow instructions. Well constructed and panel is easy to navigate. We've already had to run it twice when we lost power. Powered everything we needed with no issues. This generator is a reliable insurance policy for living in rural areas that lose power frequently.

This Gen had all the power and features that I needed. The bonus is that it is duel fuel, giving me one more option. I was pleasantly surprised when It arrived only 4 days after I ordered. assembly of wheels and adding oil was easy. It started the first time on gasoline. I ran it for 20 minutes, and used several tools and some lights, fantastic.

This genereator is not very loud. It is about as loud as a riding lawn mower. I like having the option between propane, and gas. The remote start is a nice feature as well. I like that this generator has a back up pull start if the elcetric start would for some reason would fail. This generator has a trickle charger for the battery so the battery is always charged and ready to go when the power goes out for the electric start. It works well, and is able to power my entire home. It was definitely worth the investment.

I bought this generator to power my entire house in the event of a prolonged power outage. It was packaged very well with easy to follow instructions on setup and operation. It comes with oil (you have to add prier to starting) and a funnel for easy filling. I'm running mine on propane and after connecting the propane tank it started right up. I love the remote. Just push the button and it starts. I have my house circuit panel wired with a generator inlet. In testing it, I cut the main breaker to the power grid, used a 50 amp extension cord connecting to the circuit panel inlet. I turned on my A/C, electric stove, microwave, TV and all my lights and the WGen9500DF didn't miss a beat. This is the first generator I have owned and it is a little noisier than I expected. I have it in my attached garage with the exhaust safely vented outside but when I'm in the house I can hardly hear it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and can't wait for the next power outage :-).
