After going through hurricane Ian, we realized we were unprepared for 12 days without electrical service. We decided on this excellent model which can operate all house systems including the central air, well water pump, water heater, etc. This model also has a transfer switch outlet built-in, and runs on two types of fuel- gas and propane. We installed a new transfer outlet through our local electrician. This allows the unit to be plugged into your breaker box, effectively allowing you to choose whatever systems you'd like to run. It is a great intervention, Yet I am in no hurry to use it! 😂 But it is sure nice to have a backup plan in Florida! A Cat5 Hurricane can be devastating, but the aftermath is unbearable! Be prepared!

I've been in the market for a new generator for some time and after conducting multiple internet searches and scouring through hundreds of reviews, I found this one to be the best one for what I needed and for a really great price. Living in Florida, having a generator is a must. Finding one that has a large enough power output to run our house is also a must. Our previous Honda 7500 watt generator had finally given up the ghost and it was becoming way too difficult to start, especially as I'm getting older. The push button and remote start/stop features of this model really appealed to me. With its 30 foot range, I can start it and stop it at the end of the evening from the comfort of inside my home and not have to go out into the elements. Another aspect that really appealed to me was the dual fuel capability. For those who've been in or around a disaster area, you know that gasoline quickly becomes a hot commodity and waiting in lines for fuel is always nerve-wracking to say the least. With this dual fuel model, I can have multiple propane tanks sitting on standby and I don't have to worry about the gas going bad over time. This model is 2000 watts larger than my former generator yet it is dimensionally smaller and much lighter than my previous generator which is another great convenience for storage in our outdoor shed and moving it to our house receptacle. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a compact, high-power-output generator.

Instant start on a 25lbs propane tank. Powered nearly my entire house including 3 ton A/C. Haven't tried with the water heater on, but ran everything else just fine. Remote start works from inside. Hooked up with a 50 amp receiver into electrical panel. Must have item for hurricane season. Don't hesitate, sleep good knowing you're prepared.

Everything seems to be high quality, down to the bearings in the wheels, easy assembly and good instructions, it started right up and ran very good. I broke it in as per instructions and so far I am very impressed with the generator. So far very well pleased.

I bought this around two months ago after our basement flooded due to a power outage, and I feel so much more secure now that I did! I'm impressed that it has both propane and gas input so that I can use whatever fuel source I have on hand, and the electric and remote start make it so easy to hook up once the power has gone out! Could not be more happy with this product!

I am in the initial break in period. Not sure if 30A fuse is broken. Works so far but need to make sure the product is not defect. Also, the frame has a lot of scratches from what looks like being drag around during factory testing. See pictures for all issues.

I bought this generator about a month ago. It was delivered to my house within a few days of purchase. It has every feature you can imagine (including a push button electric start) and it was simple to put together and get set up. I love that it can run on gas or propane.

I wanted a portable that could run my whole house, even the AC if need be. While this unit can't run everything simultaneously, it can run everything I need it too, even my HVAC if I have my other heavy hitting circuits on standby. It arrived just in time for winter, and I no longer worry about prolonged power outages, especially since we have a well.

I bought this generator six months ago after watching so many videos and doing lots of research. I am so glad that I opted for this one because it's so easy to setup and install and it's very well labeled. The instructions were so simple and easy to follow, I got it ready to go with minimal effort. I definitely recommend this product for its simplicity to install and its efficiency. Definitely recommend with the kind of weather that we have here in south Texas, the peace of mind that it comes with knowing that you can have power when you need it most. I was able to test it out and ran my AC, refrigerator and main living room that has the WiFi router and TV for the news.

Purchased this generator last month after losing electricity from Hurricane Beryl and a tornado in Houston TX. Installing the wheels and stands were simple enough and the handle bar made moving the generator in and out of the garage was hassle free. I got the natural gas hooked up last week and ran it for 5 hours to break in the generator. Flawless!! I will recommend this generator to my sister in Clear Lake TX.
