Just got this generator today put it together put oil an gas in it pushed the start button an fired right up very pleased with this generator to this point I will update this review in December of 2023 as it is for a camp an that is when it will be put to the test

We bought several months ago and now have a great appreciation for it's “ready to go-ready to work” construction. It is easy to start and with dual fuels has really been a life saver. It is quieter than our previous unit. We love ours and expect to get many years of use out of it!

Bought 15 dec 2020. So far 22 hours. Easy to assemble and started right up. So far the only issue I've had is when starting in temps below 30f. It seems the electronic choke doesn't stay on long enough(I'm also at 7000ft). So I have to manually override. Other then that, it's been great.

I've been searching for a while for a dual fuel 12500/9500 generator. I am more than pleased with the design, features, and operation of the unit. I hooked it up to propane, and it fired up immediately! I'm surprised how quiet it is too. I feel confident this generator will fulfill our needs.

Just got this yesterday, reviews were very good. Easy to assemble with good instructions and the oil necessary for the engine. Bought it to power our house if the power goes out, and the convenience of multi fuel is a bonus. Remote start works great, and will be handy during bad weather.

We bought the 9500 tri-fuel since we now have Natural Gas. So far we are very pleased with it. Easy to maneuver, easy to start, reliable, and efficient. We are in Florida and hurricane season is now here. We bought a WGen 8550 'Dual Fuel' 4 years ago and it has been trouble-free and easy to use. We expect the same from the 9500.

Bought this over the summer for use in the fall thunderstorm and winter snowstorm seasons. Used it once in October during a 1 day outage. Excellent starting, power and runtime. Would recommend. Very happy with my purchase so far. Expecting it to last for years of service.

Got this about a week ago. Packaged very well (bought 2 other ones of the other blue brand and both came in very damage). Easy and quick assembly, added supplied oil, put in non-ethanol gas and it started right up. Connected to my house via an interlock kit. This beast ran my central ac, pool pump, water heater, refrig, 2 freezers, living room projector, and various lights in other rooms. Great value and tons of features.

The unit is quite the hefty beast! Our first unit arrived with damage that looks like it originated at the manufacturer. Not sure if this is a wider issue with quality control, but thankfully, the retailer we ordered through was quick to send out a replacement. I had noticed this unit receiving very positive feedback and reviews via YouTube and other places, so I knew I wanted to get a good one. Despite the hiccup with the first unit, I am still very confident in my purchase.

We purchased the WGen 9500DF in January. It arrived with everything included in the box to perform the light assembly required and get it ready for it's first test run. They even included the engine oil, a specially designed funnel that made adding the oil that much easier, and all the tools you need to put it together. I have only run it on propane so far, started and ran very nicely. A very well built machine with very little plastic, I expect that it will hold up well.
