Decided after the Texas deep freeze we experienced in Feb I never want to be without power again. So glad I purchased the Westinghouse 9500DF. It is perfect to power my whole house and is top quality. Well constructed, heavy duty, and easy to use.

We had 3 day power outage due to ice storm and tree damages. I was using generator 2 day straight using 20 ga propane tanks. Great performance and reliability. I setup transfer switch for el. panel and powered whole house. The only inconvenience is to stop the generator to switch the propane tanks. But otherwise it's a great product!!! Thanks.

Just bought this generator. It is simple to get started and it is easy to move around. Big solid wheels make is seem light. We have it hooked up into a separate electrical box with an outlet outside the house. Connects easily with a 15' plug. I am looking forward to our first power failure (LOL).

I bought this model because I live out in the country and need to power my essential items when the power goes out. This unit has plenty of power, with a 50A plug, and can run all of the items I need. I'll be connecting it to a 50A transfer switch soon. I like the remote start feature, and it also starts very easily with a single pull of the manual pull start. Very happy with this unit.

When the generator arrived, it was very simple to get the wheels on and get it set to run. It started easily and ran great. I liked that the oil was even supplied. I plugged several different things in and ran them singly and combined and it powered everything. I ran it on gas and haven't tried the propane yet. I would say I can't wait until the next power outage to use it, but I'll have to settle for I'm glad to have it for the next power outage.

I bought this generator about a month ago. The delivery was flawless. Unpackaged everything as described. Followed the manual to start up. This generator will run my whole house. Remote start is a dream and dual fuel gives me options. This machine will do anything I want.

i studied options on the market very carefully and felt this was the best back-up generator for my cabin in the Ozarks. it can run my submersible pump and freezer, as well as powering plenty of outlets to get through frequent grid power outages. I was VERY interested in it running on propane to avoid old gas issues. finally, the instructions were clear and complete-easy to follow.

We bought this to be a stand by generator for occasional and emergency use for power outages in our area. We liked the ability to use either gas or propane as in the long run, with only occasional use, we hope the propane will add life of the generator and lower the maintenance worries a bit. The wheels were included and easy to attach and the cage makes it a two man lifting job. (We have two locations and have to transport it by truck back and forth). So far, happy with it!

Recently purchased this nice compact powerful unit. It will meet our power needs during an outage which you can count on in NC. I appreciate the duel fuel feature. Easy to move from point A to point B with the lift handle, no problem finding a spot for it in our garage.

Bought this in July for house hold use, ended up running our camper on it for almost a week using the 50amp power. It was great being able to switch from LP to Gas and back when we needed to. It had no problem running 2 A/C units and everything else in the camper.
