After losing power after a freeze (in Texas) decided I need to do something. This generator arrived in perfect condition, followed the easy to read start up instructions and everything works great. It's definitely heavy so make sure you have someone to help unload it. After that, it's very easy to move around with the wheels and handle. Super excited to add this to my storm prep kit!

it is a well made powerful dual fuel generator can choose to use propane or gas. It is easy to assemble ,just need to install 2 wheels and two feet within 15 mins, the battery came pre changed ,generator size is smaller than I thought ,it is easy to store in garage with a foldable handle, it wont take up much space . The best is ,it came with a bottle engine oil, a oil funnel and propane host and spark plug socket wench no need to waste time to go out and shop for those necessary items .

We have had our generator a few months and have only had to use it a couple of times, but those times have been great! I work from home and need to have power and I was able to switch to this generator with minimal difficulty and disruption. We live in Florida and are getting ready for storm season.

I've seen a lot of good reviews and I'm hoping it's a good unit. I haven't ran it yet like the title says but I will soon. You get a bonus product for leaving a review so that's a plus. I'll update my review if when I run the genny it doesn't work properly. The unit is heavy so it seems really well built. Time will tell!

After carefully researching which generator to go with I ended up deciding on this one. In regards to ease of assembly it was a piece of cake, but i don't think other generators are difficult in that area either. Other than that what can I say, we lost power, we fired it up, and it powered the WHOLE house like it was supposed to. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. It's still early since I just bought it but I have faith I can rely on this to power my house when needed.

I bought this generator for emergency use based on the outstanding reviews and having all the features that I need, Gil fuel makes it great for hurricane season as I can store propane for unexpected emergencies and stock up on gas for hurricane emergencies I have received and ran this generator. It was super easy to set up and super easy to start With a remote control I ran it off of propane and had no problems just a piece of man for those times that you lose power

Just bought this Dual Fuel Generator in Aug, 2021. Came well packaged, I installed the wheels and foot rests, put in the oil, attached the LP source, and started it right up -- took 2 attempted starts. Worked perfectly, looks like a well built generator !

First of all I love the dual fuel and it started right up on both propane and gasoline. the controls are easy to use. I can use the 30A outlet with my present cord and will try the 50A outlet when I get that cord. The only disappointment is that one of the rubber foot brackets came bent and the rubber foot was slightly ripped like it got crushed in the box....The bottom of the frame was also scratched since I only flipped it over on other cardboard as i cut the side of the box to remove it. Otherwise it works perfectly fine.

We bought this unit and a plug hookup to backfill the electric panel in an outage. When the power was out for Beryl, we hooked it up with our 50AMP cord and were able to run the entire house and dog kennel including AC and mini splits. We even ran the washer and dryer! Fires up easy, and no guessing with this generator. It is very well made, and runs like a champ!

I bought the wgen9500df for all it's features like remote start, gas and propane, and it came at a great price. Followed the start initial start up procedure and it fired up right away. Broke the generator in for the first 5 hours and it's handled everything I through at it since. It was exactly what I was looking for.
