Just got this generator and followed the instructions to get it going. It was packaged well, everything was included, it looked perfect. It started right away on propane, then started right away on gasoline. Switched fuel while it was running and it barely stumbled before it was running perfectly on the new fuel. Plugged it into my 50 amp power inlet box and it ran everything from a cooktop, electric oven, electric clothes dryer, to my 3 ton A/C unit (not all at once) and they all ran perfectly. I still need to see if the 5 ton A/C will start up with this. All of my electronics seemed to work fine on the generator, but a couple of UPS's were clicking. I think I will replace those with newer ones. Love the auto choke. It's nice to be able to push a button to start it without having to fiddle with a manual choke. The remote start is a nice feature I didn't know I needed, but I think it will be quite useful to have. The wheels are big and wide making it easy to move on my grass lawn. Also, liked the U-shaped handle. It makes it easy to pull the generator with one hand while moving it into position. Overall, I have been very pleased and impressed with this generator. I would highly recommend it!

Recently received this generator and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality and features are top notch, I can't think of anything else I would suggest to make it a better unit. Assembly was simple and you even get an in depth user manual that covers everything. After assembly it fired right up and I tried all fuel sources and outlets for power, everything worked great. Not real loud, very smooth, and the remote is a nice feature. Westinghouse did their homework on this one!!

Bought this July 9 and decided it was the best option for my family. I am in the process of finding generator cords to hook up 50 Amp And 30 Amp. Note none of your local big box stores will carry the cords you need. I will add photos when it's hooked up.

We bought the 9500DF generator to power the house when we have bad storms. I set it all up the other day and it fired right up. The machine looks great and had the right features for our 50 amp connection. We had the electrician hook it up to the breaker and we are all set for the next storm.

I was very pleased with the quality of this unit. After all, Westinghouse invented the generator with the help of Tesla. The large wheels make it easy to move around. It was easy to set up and test. My only concern is the 'Data Center" the tiny push button to switch the mode of the display doesn't seem to meet the robust standards of the unit as a whole. It would also be nice to display actual wattage output and peaks (suggestion box). overall very excited to have it.

I bought this generator a three weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday. The box had an oil stain on it so looks like it was not completely drained of oil. However this does not appear to have affected the generator. Only minor clean up was required. Assembly was easy and the instructions easy to follow. I had to add a little more than the oil provided to get the level well into the normal range. The battery needed no charging. Started on gasoline first using the remote and it ran fine. Same with the propane. I loaded it with my floor fan and it ran the fan well. So far I am very pleased.

Just bought it recently going thru all the features now. Had it fully assembled only moments after getting it off the delivery truck. Four bolts to hold two pads and two pins to hold the wheels THATS IT. The engineers put thought into building this thing for the consumer. Very user friendly. You do not need a degree in electronics to operate. If you can unlock your car door you can start this generator it's that simple. I'm so happy we went with this model we looked at several brands.

After a great amount of research, I decided on this generator because of the large number of very positive reviews by owners. The dual fuel feature was also a deciding factor. After receiving and assembling the unit as directed, I cranked it remotely, electric start switch, and by motor recoil pulley. Each time I got instant start-up. And I must also add that it is QUIET. So far, so good, and I'm happy that my decision looks for all measure to be a good one.

Ran consistently great but started having trouble starting in December and finally would not start in mid January. Covered with warranty, was worked on by approved shop, ended up getting new generator. Very satisfied with purchase especially the dual filter feature.

Just unboxed added fuel connected propane and it started right up. Really like the dual fuel option so I can Store propane instead of gas. Gas quality degrades over time when stored whereas propane can be stored for much longer. Only reason I gave four stars is because the onboard battery does not appear to be charging. I'll spend some time on that this weekend to see what's going on.
