My husband did extensive research before deciding on this model to power our 42' RV in case of power outage during hurricane season in Texas. We were completely unprepared during the Texas freeze and we wanted a model that would provide piece of mind. Setup, prep and starting the generator was so easy that I thought we had done something wrong, but nope, everything went real easy. Waiting for a dry day, as the rain just won't stop, to actually hook it up to the RV and see how well it runs our unit.

Bought this to be able to run our house as well as 41' 5th wheel. Luckily we haven't needed to use it for the house but have used it for camper. Love the remote start option and ability to run both heat pumps in camper. Only used gas but the ability to run propane or natural gas is amazing.

Purchased this generator to replace a smaller Craftsman model that would not power the AC unit at my house during power outages and it gets very hot in Texas. The generator looks great and the assembly was easy. Love the provided funnel, no more spills or drips. I connected a propane bottle to it and started it with the remote on the first click. I could not be happier.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by the look and quality of the unit. Super easy to assemble and comes w/everything you need to assemble it. Comes w/a battery charger and the propane hose. Packaged well. Just put the wheels on, front rests, hook up battery (2 prong connector), fill w/oil and gas, press the button and it starts right up! Best money I have spent in quite awhile.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product. It was so simple to put together and set up. It also has 2-fuel sources and remote start. Many other brands I researched were more expensive with less features and only one fuel supply. I have a full basement , and will be buying a second unit to power that space. The one unit would actually power both areas, but, based on the cost, I had rather have two so I can power more items

I just recently received this generator so this is an initial review, but thus far I'm definitely happy with the quality and value. 9,500 running watts and 12,000 starting watts for this price is amazing. And the unit has all the features...push button start, remote start, battery charges in-use as well as wall charger, multi display, dual fuel, 20A 30A and 50A outlets. Assembly was quick...4 bolts for legs and 2 pins for wheels, connect battery quick connect, and add engine oil. Minor annoyance is the leg support nuts are welded to the frame, which makes it a little hard to get the threads properly engaged. After a bit of battery charging the unit started right up and ran great. I tested my 50A SEOO cord and 50A back feed panel breaker and under a decent load the generator ran smoothly and did not strain, including high starting watts for my well pump. Only issue is the fuel gauge does not work. Called Westinghouse customer service and after just a few minutes holding they registered the unit and opened a case to send me a replacement gauge. So thus far I am pleased with customer service. Before purchasing I also checked out their authorized repair center network, and they have one about 10 minutes from my house, which is great. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and power for the price, and would definitely recommend this generator.

I bought this generator so I can run more items in my home when the power goes out. I've only run it for about 30 minutes, but it isn't any louder than my smaller generators. I really like that it has a pull cord in addition to the electric start. The remote start is very nice though. It even came with it's own battery maintainer so I didn't have to purchase one.

I bought this this WGen9500/12500DF three weeks ago. Very powerful unit for the price. Purchased generator due to an impending harricane season. Lots of power for A/C, refrigerator, as well as lights and TV. The electric start means it will be easy for my wife to use when necessary. Really pleased with my purchase, looking forward to years of peace of mind with backup power.

We bought this in January and got it set up in case we needed it. Of course, there was a snowstorm and we were glad to have it. I ran great. We love having the option of gas or propane. We will not use it often, we hope, but when you need it, it worked great. Would recommend this product for sure.

I haven't used it yet. Simple set up and operation. The remote operation is nice. Recommend putting a brick or small board(wrap the item in an old towel or shirt to prevent scratches) under the generator to put on the wheels. It will make life easier.
