Bought a whlie back. Was boxed wrong. Great assistance got me the right one. Started first time. Cant wait to get it wired into my house. Like the remote start and electric choke. Makes it easy for my wife to operate. Want to thank them again for all of their assistance

I did a lot of research on generators b4 deciding on making this purchase I feel as though I have the “Rolls Royce” of affordable generators I have the WGen9500DFportable generator 9500/12500 it's a wonderful piece of equipment plus it's remote controlled also OLA HORNE

I assembled this duel fuel generator 9500DF as per manual, connected battery cable, hooked propane tank, no load or any appliances hooked, battery is full, and with start button it's just trying to fire up but won't work. I can hear 3-4 clicking sounds but nothing after that. I don't want to put gasoline yet in case it's bad unit and i have to return it. The pull cord is locked and won't pull at all; looks like engine is locked. Opened a case with Westinghouse; if they can't help on this brand new machine I will return it.

I ordered through “The Build Club” located in Los Angeles. They had the best pricing and it was shipped directly to my driveway and the delivery guy helped me bring it to my backyard. It's heavy without the wheels. The unit looks clean and sharp! Really easy to install the wheels and rubber feet. I'm looking forward to testing it out once I review the manual! Will update more later!

I am so impressed with this generator with the easy push button start. I love that I am able to run my entire house with this powerful machine and chose the fuel with the tri fuel figure. I am most impressed with the sound it's so much quieter than I expected. My neighbor liked it so must he went and purchase one also. The running hours gauge is fantastic in reminding me when I need to change the oil and other maintenance that is needed, it's so loaded with features. Very happy with this purchase!

i got this about 1 month ago. I run it on natural gas. set up was very easy. started right up Runs the whole house. Haven't tried the a/c yet . I have a work shop and it ran 2 240 volt heavy duty machines at once plus my household appliances. Heat ,stove, and water heater are gas.so no problem. I would not try to run my machines, the a/c and dryer at one time, but one at a time will probably work. I haven't had it long ,but so far seems like a good purchase .

Got this for storm power outages. Perfect for all my needs. I can utilize my frig-freezer, extra freezer, fans & portable appliances (coffee maker, sm microwave, can opener, etc) & still only run 1/2 of the max. Haven't tried the LPG side yet. Couldn't be happier!

Bought this beast to power our 5th wheel trailer in case of a power outage do to storm damage. But this thing will power my house or the trailer, love the fact it runs on gasoline or propane. Out of the box hooked up the propane and fired up with in 5 seconds of pushing the start button. Check voltage 120/240 good, love the electric start and all the electric outlets, LED display and this best it's not real load like some.

I bought this last month and it has absolutely been worth it. The set up was simple and the instructions were laid out very well. The generator started up right away, and functioned exactly as promised. Switching between gas and propane was very simple and worked smoothly. I used the remote start and had no issues. The switches and plugs are very easy to read and are functional. I highly recommend this generator.

Arrived 11 days after purchase with no visible damage to the box. Opening revealed a well packed unit. Everything looks good. Easily installed feet, wheels, and oil. Added ethanol free gas to tank. Plugged in battery to find it dead. Plan to drag power line to garage today to charge it. Pull starting is a little more than I could manage at 68 years old. Temperature is running about 20 degrees here. May connect propane and try a couple more pulls before dragging extension cord 70 feet to the house. Impressive looking unit. Still need to investigate whether it's safe to power electronics without filters. Expect no problems powering 2 refrigerators, a freezer, the furnace and almost the entire house from the 50 amp receptacle. May need to coordinate the range and clothes dryer.
