Bought this generator to power our 2500 sqft house for the winter in case we lose power. Seems well built, starts easy on propane or gas. Easy to move. Just add oil, hook up the fuel, plug the battery in and it's running. So far well worth the money.

I bought this (being female ) I can't pull start . It is so easy to start with remote , no problem at all. I am a massage therapist and have a lot of sheet to wash. People don't cancel their massages because your power is out. Lol. It has been great. I'm so glad I purchased it . It has made my life so much easier.

I bought this Generator Saturday and it now Tuesday and is already here. Came in great shape strapped to a shipping pallet and place at my shop door. I put it together in no time and started right up and runs great, I will send another review in a month or so.

Worked great out og the box and then poof!!! On/Off switch failed, took 2 months to get one because they were out of stock (I'm guessing because of how many replacements they've had to send out). It failed again a month later!!! I'd return it, but since it was a gift I have no receipt...

I am impressed with the features and overall design of the unit. I have not had a chance to use the unit yet in an emergency situation. However, I feel secure knowing it is here and ready to go! I must also express my gratitude for Westinghouse replacing my “WGen9500DF” when I discovered some damage to the unit that occurred in the shipping, in my excitement I neglected to do a detailed inspection after unpacking. Nine months after purchase is when I noticed the cage around the unit was bent, as mentioned earlier I received excellent support on this matter (unit was replaced quickly).

I bought to have portable power around the ranch for welding and rock hammering/drilling equipment. Starts up easily. I like the duel fuel option. Propane is nice so that gas does not sit to long in the equipment. Rides well in the back of my Kawasaki Mule.

I have not had it long enough to really give a good review. So far I really like it.The dual fuel capability (gasoline and propane) caught my attention, providing flexibility and options in case one fuel source is not readily available. This is more than sufficient to handle the power needs of my home, including essential appliances and electronics if we need it. We are on a well and really need our water if power goes out so the well pump needs to run so I think this will work just great. I am really happy with my purchase.

Been testing it for a month now in prep for the 2024 storm season in FLA. Started first time on the pull starter and both the electric start and the key fob remote also worked first time. Electrical output is clean and consistent on the DVO meter readinga. Have yet to try the dual fuel feature but very pleased with the performance of the unit thus far. Service points are easy to access and the consumable parts are easy to source. I especially like the spec sheet/quick reference chart that comes with the unit. The compact footprint, solid wheels and easy stow handle make tucking it away for storage easy. We feel very prepared for this year's storm season.

Just purchased this generator for the upcoming hurricane season! After several years of losing power for a few days at a time, felt it was time to have a backup plan. This model has the benefit of 3 power sources which is ideal for my situation. The set up was very easy and we started it up on the first try. It hooks up to the home grid and works like a charm.

I've lost power for an extended time during each of the last several years. So this was my year to buy a generator. After comparing numerous brands, I chose the Westinghouse because of its quality and features. And I'm glad I did; I'm really impressed since receiving mine. There are the two options for fuel, several options for power output (20A,30A,50A) and my favorite - options for starting: Manual pull-start, Electric start from the front panel and Remote-Start using a key-fob. Being able to start the generator from inside the house is pretty sweet. Since my purchase was late in the season, I've not put a lot of runtime on it. But the noise-level is acceptable and the performance is good. It's important to me that the fuel tank is solid metal. That was rather hard to find. I guess the only real negative is that the propane connection is at the front and points forward, leaving the hose to stick straight out from the front of the unit. The manual is rather detailed.
