I was impressed when all of my research lead me to the Westinghouse generator vs names like Generac, and Onan. However after several hours of research I determined the Westinghouse to be the best of the bunch for my needs. Initial setup and assembly took maybe 15 mintes. Startup was instantaneous and any item I connected and operated without issue. I'm happy to have a quality product should my home loose power and my sump pump need to be continually operated. No to mention our refrigerators and deep freeze.

Can't believe how easy the assembly was! 5 minutes to put the wheels and mounting feet on. Added oil, nice touch providing the oil as well! Added gas and and fired it up. Started instantly and worked like a charm. It's obviously very well built and I expect it will give me many years of service!

I find this portable Generator to have all the required items to make it easy to use and run. It was so easy to unpack and assemble and in just a few minutes. The Generator meets all my expectations, and I am very well pleased with it. It's easy to see the quality workmanship in the unit.

Very smooth, very little vibration, lots of usable features-specifically the push button remote start which chokes the engine, makes multiple attempts if needed warms it up the connects the load--all automatically and shutdown also shuts of load first the stops engine, great feature to avoid burnout of connected electronics, my 75" Samsung TV runs perfect on this generator in spite of 23% THD, overall well designed generator

After first test connecting to a 50 AMP inlet, my main appliances were running like no issue at all. Push Button & Remote start is very convenient. Running on LP it was the main feature to which we decided to get this one, LP has its benefits when it comes to storage. I gave 4 stars because I wished Data Center panel included watts currently consuming.

This is powerful for the price. Well built. Good quality. Starts easy with propane. Will not cold start with gasoline. I use plus gas but it will not cold start. After running with propane for a half hour, I can turm it off , switch to gas and then it starts. Assembly was easy. Also the gas gauge does not show any level. Even so I purchased a second one for my son. Same issue with no cold start using gasoline. But the power and price for propane is good.

From reciept of shipment, to start-up, the 9500 is an easy product to set up an use. I chose propane for fuel. If a time comes that I use the generator full time, I may switch to gasoline, but I felt there would be fewer problems with long term storage if I used propane. Yes, you suffer a little power loss with propane, but the engine runs cleaner. No problems with gasoline going bad. I am very pleased with this purchase.

We just got this generator, started up just fine, manual was easy to follow. I had to add more that one container of oil. We plan to power several refrigerators in the house and shop, propane cook top, a few lights, and the well pump using the GenerLink device when to power goes off.

great piece of machinery. purchased for hurricane season and luckily didn't have to use it this year. Remote start is a nice feature but push button start works beautifully. easy to set up. good quality wheels and moves around easily enough. plenty of power to run ac unit if needed.

Took delivery today. Unpacking and setup was totally user-friendly and quick. This generator is heavy duty, well-built and easy to operate. Installed the wheels and stands, hooked up the battery, added the oil, hooked up the small propane tank and hit the key-fob start switch. Instant starting and flawless running for 5 minutes. It just doesn't get any easier than this. All the gauges, switches, hookups, lights and dials are plainly labeled and working. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire purchase, delivery, setup and instructions. They even include a wrench and spark plug socket tool. This will be used for emergency backup power and I have every confidence it will perform as advertised!
