Just received the Westinghouse WGEN9500DF unit. Uncrated and assembled with ease. Added oil and connected propane. Started right up! Love that this unit over most others in it's size class has covered outlets. Looking forward to getting it connected to my home with a transfer switch and ready for use before our next power outage.

Purchased this as a partial home backup generator given the increasing frequency of storms knocking out power in our neighborhood. Now we can open the garage door, keep our security system and internet online, and keep our fridges running so our food doesn't spoil while waiting on the power to be restored. Stoked about this addition to our home and investment in our future. (Though truthfully, I hope it's rarely used!)

Great Generator. Easy to get up and running with directions and materials provided including oil. I had my house wired for 50 amps and this generator was able to power my entire house with lights to include two refrigerators and two freezers. Also it will be instrumental in keeping my pool motor cylinder during cold snaps in Texas.

I bought this generator about a month ago. I have only done an initial break in and three oil changes. Looks like good build quality and had more than enough power for my whole house on propane although I'm having a NG line run in the near future. Only criticism is the amount of metal particulate that was present on all three oil changes but I can't honestly say I've owned many new engines in my life.

I am very please with this generator. It came in sooner then promised and I had no problem with the minimal assembly required. I have only run it on LP so far but it fired right up and idled smoothly. I'm not so worried about hurricane season any more.

I bought this Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator as an upgrade to a 4400 watt generator that I have had for a few years. I wanted one that could power the majority of my home and this is just the powerhouse to do it! The dual fuel feature is a must in my opinion. You never know which type of fuel may be more readily available in the aftermath of a storm. The fuel source can be switched from one to the other on the fly which is very nice. This generator is extremely heavy duty and very well built. The remote start is also a very nice feature. I would absolutely recommend this generator to anyone looking for some serious power from a high quality unit. Get it, you will not be disappointed.

I put this together in about an 1hr and that included start up, this generator is very well built. comes with all the good stuff I need like fuel gauge, electric start with hand held start phob, battery charger, propane hose and regular, tool kit, and oil, that my old 7500 old one did not have and and with about the same 74 db of noise. also I paid about the same as my old one. and I get a much larger and more complete unit. I can recommend this unit to all persons who need a very complete generator.

I ordered through “The Build Club” located in Los Angeles. They had the best pricing and it was shipped directly to my driveway and the delivery guy helped me bring it to my backyard. It's heavy without the wheels. The unit looks clean and sharp! Really easy to install the wheels and rubber feet. I'm looking forward to testing it out once I review the manual! Will update more later!

After being out of power for 4 days decided to buy this generator to power my appliances after the first break-in period changed the oil and was ablet to run the generator on and off for the next 4 days with no issues whatsoever, decided to purchase a second one for my buisness

We bought this after a recent outage of electricity, although it has been an ongoing discussion in our house since the previous outage, which lasted 10 days. We have not had to use it as of yet, but will totally be worth the expense when we have this issue again.
