The ease of starting this generator is so easy! Just push the start button on the fob and it's good to go! All I had to do is press the start button on the fob! I can even start it from inside my house! Just put in the supplied oil and it's ready for action! Love it!!!!

The generator was very easy to set up and worked in both gasoline and propane modes. The remote and electric starts makes starting it a breeze. Would give it 5 but haven't hooked it up to the house yet but anticipating the unit will provide the power it promises.

Setup was super simple with easy to follow directions. Tested both propane and gas option. Love the key fob to start the generator from inside the house. We haven't lost power but we did test the house and this generator handles ours needs and then some.

Purchased this when a tree fell on a neighbor's power lines and knocked a pole over that made a transformer explode! Didn't want to lose all of our food knowing the power could be out for 24 hrs or more, so after doing some research I found the last one of these in stock at a local Menard's so I went and grabbed it. Initially had an issue with the unit not starting using gas, but I had a propane tank so I hooked that up and is started right away. Westinghouse is sending a replacement piece that should resolve the issue with the unit not running on gas. Overall happy with the product despite the issue - ran a fridge, freezer, multiple fans, microwave, and some other electronics without skipping a beat. Thus far I would recommend the product!

We just got this generator. It was easy to put together. On its first test it powered 2 refrigerators and a stand up deep freeze without any problem. We fully expect this to be great when needed. This review is given to qualify us for the bonus item of a generator cover.

I have been totally amazed with all the features of this generator. As I read the manual it's capabilities exceeded my general needs. However, it's good to know I have reserve power If required. I also like the fact everything was included other than gas to put the generator into operation. I found the instruction easy to understand and I believe it to be one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I purchased this product after losing power this past winter....so excited about its features and ability to keep us warm (or cool) when the power goes out. Especially excited about the remote start and how easy it was for the electrician to integrate with the fuse panel, thanks to the product being transfer switch ready....

Bought this unit in August, been testing it monthly and finally got our Generlink Transfer Switch MA24-S installed last month. Did a test run and it looked good. No heat or air. Would be nice to know how much load is being placed on the generator by having some sort of indictor. Mainly want it to run the fridge, freezer all the lights etc and it seemed to be doing well in that arena.

I have only owned this product for approximately one week. The quality of the unit as well as the packaging is outstanding. I plan to have it connected to the house for standby power late next week and hopefully everything will work well. The only reason I didn't get it five stars is prior to purchasing it I tried to find service locations and there virtually none in the immediate area. So if the unit has a major problem I probably will not be able to get it repaired.

Just got my WGen9500TFc and got pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. Build quality jumps at you when looking at it as well as the accessories and parts included. The wheels have double wheel bearings. It also comes with a remote start and both, the propane line and 25' line for NG.
