Had been considering a portable generator for whole home backup since the 2021 freeze and finally decided it was time after this year's derecho. Not two months later it was put to use after a hurricane. I was pleased with its performance once I figured out the fuel selector knob was stripped (still waiting on a replacement). Thankfully a monkey wrench did the trick. Overall no regrets, except maybe I should have gone with the 11500.

I have not used the generator yet, but I did unbox and put it together. It took about 15 minutes to figure everything out and get it operational. The remote start is a cool feature. Overall, I am very impressed with the construction and easy access to things like the fuel filter.

This generator seems to be of high quality at a reasonable price, and has many nice features, especially the dual fuel capability. Being able to use gasoline or propane is a big plus, especially in remote areas and when the weather is bad. It starts right up and runs smoothly on both fuel types.

This generator was really easy to assemble and startup. We live in a rural area and have had several power outages this winter. We bought this generator as an ‘insurance policy' and it is now fueled up and ready to power the essential electrical devices in our home when the power goes out next time.

Out of the box, it won't produce power at any of the outlets. All the suggestions in the booklet don't make the unit work. I called the 800 number and all they did was take my information--saying someone would call me back between 9-5 Monday -- Friday

Recently purchased this Generator. This Generator has many features that will serve my needs at home and ranch. Fantastic appearance. I like the fact that it has plenty of power to meet my needs at a very reasonable cost. Also, it will operate on gasoline or propane which is an added feature that will come in handy if needed. Great appearance. Arrived fully assemble with the exception of the back wheels and front support brackets which were very easy to install and only took a few minutes.

This generator works great right out of the box. Purchased to power my power transfer switch to power my home during power outages. Fired right up with propane with no issues. I just wished it was also natural gas compatible but overall I would recommend this generator.

I purchased this as a back-up for power outages and to occasionally run power hungry tools. Assembly was fairly easy and start up went smooth. The electric start feature is great and in the two or three times I've used it so far worked as expected. The very first time you start it, it takes the starter takes a couple of tries (since all the fluids are drained for shipping). So far I've used it to run an electric pressure washer that will trip a 15 amp circuit, and the generator doesn't even seem to notice it when it is running. I've only used it with gas so far, but like the fact that I can keep a tank of propane handy to use in case of an emergency. So far I'm quite pleased with the purchase and value for the money.

I bought this Generator a month ago, it was very easy to put together including adding the oil. love the remote start. put some gas in it and it started right up. have not hooked up propane yet. I feel that this Generator will serve me well if I should have a power outage.

Just received this today and we unpacked, installed tires and feet. We put the included oil in and then attached it to our propane tank. We pressed the key fob start button it fired then stopped and fired again and started right up. We only ran it a few minutes as a test and didn't put a load on it but we are very pleased with everything we have seen so far. We will use this to power our house during power outages and also to power our travel trailer when we bring it to our house. The generator is very sturdy and well built. The receptacles are well marked and covered and all of the components are well marked also. The battery tender is a great addition. The handle is padded and makes moving the generator easier! We are pleased with our purchase!
