Just received yesterday and completed the minor assembly required. Fired up on the first try with LP gas and I am ready for the next power outage. Push button start, remote starter key fob, and on-the-fly fuel change were the key features I wanted, along with the hefty 9500 running watts.

I bought this generator to use as a full house backup power solution. I did a LOT of research on portable generators and nothing compared to this one when it came to features for the price combined with positive reviews. This generator had everything I was looking for including 12000 peak watts, around 10,000 running watts, dual fuel capability and a pushbutton start. It even came with one feature I wasn't looking for - the remote start capability. That's a nice to have feature that wasn't a requirement, but will certainly be nice to have. I also liked that it came with everything needed right out of the box, including oil with a funnel and a propane hose.

This is a solid generator. It performs well on Propane and Gasoline. It is easy to roll, has a sturdy handle, has push button start and remote start. The best thing about this generator is the 50 amp plug. Most only have a 30 amp, but this generator provides 50 amps. We have used this generator more than 20 times to power our entire home after storms and ice/snow caused power outages. You can't go wrong with this generator.

After having issues with a competitor generator that was difficult to start when cold, I did some more research and decided on the WGen9500DF from Westinghouse. Not only does this one run better than the other generator, but the auto start, remote start and overall simplicity of this generator is great. I haven't had it too long, but had a chance to stress test it with some space heaters for several hours and it ran flawlessly. Very happy and I'm recommending it to many others!

Just got it and started up right away. Specs state 35.5A-240V which seems a bit low for this runnings watts. Either the amps or the watts rating is incorrect. Total harmonic distortion is higher then comparable models. If the running & starting watts are correct, this will be an awesome generator. The remote start works as it should.Time will tell how it preforms when connected up and running as a back up power.

I bought this to replace a generator that I've had for 20 plus years that quit working. I use it as a backup to power what I need in my house when the power goes out. When I got it home I unpacked it and assembled it according to the instructions, which took about a half hour. If you follow the instructions you should have no problems as they are easy to follow. After assembly I fired it up using gasoline. It took a few seconds for the gas to work it's way from the tank to the engine but when it started it ran very smooth and was quieter than I expected (much quieter than my old one). I then switched it over to propane while it was running and it didn't miss a beat. I then checked the electrical output and everything was in spec. Overall I'm very happy with this generator. It seems well built and should serve my needs for a long time.

I have never owned a generator before. I looked over several reviews before purchasing this generator. I am so glad I decided to purchase this one out of the many that were online to look at. This generator has everything you need and more. Easy to assemble and the dual fuel options are awesome. We have several black outs here where I live and I have the confidence that this generator will meet all my needs.

I have never had generators before but moving to Florida and being concerned with losing power during storms, I decided to do a bit of a research and get one that would give me things I need. I did not want to install permanent as it costs too much and does not have portability as this one does. I had electrician wire it up to my circuit board with all the safeties and precautions. We started it up and after a few misfires it came to life. All starts that follow did not have any problems. I guess the fuel had to make it through the system. Ran all my equipment without issues. Now I wind do that during the outage but I know that it is capable of my total load. Very happy. And already recommended it to my friends.

I bought this recently and just received it yesterday. I can say the generator looks and feels very well made. The controls all seem very simple and easy to use so I'm excited to get started. I bought this model specifically for its dual fuel capabilities, in fact I plan to primarily power it via LP gas, so very excited!

Bought this generator in case of weather related issues that could cause our electrical grid to go down. We are going to have it hard wired to our cabin and really liked the ease in which to start this unit with just a flip of a switch. Dual fuels was also a plus for us.
