I bought this generator due to our frequent power outages at our cottage. When you rely on a well pump for your water, going for extended periods without power is challenging. So we wanted something that could run our 240V pump as well as fridge and something that did not require us to constantly be managing stale fuel. This duel fuel generator (gas/propane) was perfect and with the potential of 50A at 240, totally fit our needs. It is manufactured well and comes with all that you need to get started like the motor oil and even tools for the limited wheel assembly required. It even comes with a remote starter fob for starting from inside the house and a battery tender so your battery doesn't loose charge when not used for longer periods of time. Love this unit and a great alternative to much more costly, true standby generator system.

This thing is an absolute monster for what I paid for it. I tested it on my 50 amp 35ft fifth wheel and it ran both Coleman Mach 13,500 BTU AC's without even thinking about it. Started right up on propane fuel source no problem. Plan on using it as a home back up with a transfer switch if it comes down to it, at least until I can afford to go with a stand-by system. We plan on taking this boon dock camping if we get the chance, just don't know how I am going to get it in the bed of my truck because it's a heavy boy.

I purchased this as a back up generator for our rural home, and while I've not used it for that, the testing of an actual hook up [after an electrician installed transfer components] it kicked right in and powered all of the essential electrical needs, with additional capacity. It is a heavy and seemingly well made. While two person assembly makes more sense than myself doing it alone, with a little improvision I was able to unpack and install the wheels. Easy to use the instructions....also, very important to record and practice the process to transfer the output to the building it will be used for in a back up situation. As a stand alone power source, it is easy to start [remote] and use. The dual fuel option is important as in an emergecny use, LPG / Propane will be the major fuel to power the generator.

Assembly was a snap. Generator was well packaged and showed no damage. Filled it with the oil that came with it and the battery was fully charged on arrival. Waiting for my electrician to install the panel interlock, breaker and outlet. I'll update once I have the gas line installed. Plan on running it on NG.

I recently bought this product to upgrade over 20 year old Generac portable generator. So far I am very impressed with the push button start option and the ability to use propane as well. I did have to call customer service, and they responded to my question in a very quick manner. I will be hiring a electrician to install a manual transfer switch on my house electrical panel, but for now it is working great using extension cords.

Bought this for hurricane season and winter storm protection for both the areas we live in Virginia. We have propane utilities so the dual fuel was perfect. Arrived well packaged and on time, easy assembly and started right up. All we need to do now is have the electrician install an access plug on our circuit panel and we are ready for whatever comes our way.

I am very satisfied with this unit. It starts easily, runs great and seems to be quieter than my DeWalt. It is well built with industrial grade components. I was also impressed with the enclosed documentation. Including a trickle charger was also nice and appreciated.

Superior built product, sturdy unit and performed better than my previous generator. Haven't put it to 'the test' (of driving my home during power outage) yet, but I feel confident, just by unboxing and assembling the unit as to the care that was used when building the product.

Purchased to power my house when needed during outages. Unit was tested and powered on with propane no problem. Ran all the circuits I checked via 50amp plug to box, did not test AC but from what I understand should have no problem depending on the size of your unit.

We purchased this generator after a freak snowstorm in April left us without power for several days. We'd been considering a generator for several years and after alot of research, we chose this one. It was delivered via common carrier on a pallet. We got it out of the box and followed the directions. It was very easy to assemble and it started right up off a propane tank. I'm very pleased with our purchase.
