We bought this after Hurricane Beryl so we'd be ready for the next one. It was delivered as scheduled in perfect condition. A few days later we had a transfer switch installed. We were able to get it hooked up easily. A few days later, we tried it ourselves with no help. These two 70 somethings were able to start it the first time. It now powers our whole house incuding the air conditioning. Now we have peace of mind.

We bought the Generator prior to arrival of storm. It was delivered on the promised date. Delivery person helped to unload the generator and move it to the designated spot. We tested both fuels and the remote switch. everything worked on first attempt. We we actually lost the power, the generator delivered as promised.. Ours was the only 2 houses on the street with lights, heating and refrigerator on. Happy with the purchase.

Purchased Pryor to the hurricane arriving in the Houston area. was able to run both refrigerators, several fans, TV, coffee maker, and a tv with zero issues. I know it can handle a lot more but I haven't had my house set up with the switch yet. Very happy with the purchase.

Just replaced my 3500w gas generator with a 12kw doual fuel that is transfer switch ready. Arrived a week early, battery was charged, started right up and powers my whole house, no more choosing only priority circuits. Gifting my gas generator to a friend. Great buy.

I bought for backup electrical power. Had my house wired up to receive load directly to main service panel. I conducted my first operational test and the generator worked flawlessly. I calculated the load to run in accordance with the break in period in the owners manual. The generator itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The operating panel is not too busy, very well oriented, and labeled very well. There is no doubt about what button does what. The owners manual is very well written in plain simple language, anyone, especially engineers [ I am an electrical engineer], can read. Additionally, I appreciate the regular maintenance checklist Westinghouse provided. No need to write one out yourself, Westinghouse did this for you. I chose the dual fuel generator. Due to where i live the tri fuel didnt make sense for me. Gas and propane is plenty. Even the lower propane running watts is plenty. The two fuels allows me to comfortably have 2 weeks of fuel on hand with my current storage. Additionally, Westinghouse has your safety in mind. The unit was very well labeled with caution tags. Warnings and cautions are also very easy to see in the owners manual.

Great users manual, easy assembly. When I added the oil and attached an LPG tank, and connected the battery it start up instantly. This is large enough to power my home during emergency outages. We live in area where severe weather occurs several times a year which can cause extended power outages. The dual fuel gives me peace of mind knowing I will have the flexibility to power the generator during power outages during natural disasters. I am happy with the purchase and I have no doubt it will serve my future needs.

This machine runs so smoothly and started right up. I haven't had a chance to plug it in to my transfer switch to the house yet but I'm sure it will run everything I need. It has enough power to run the furnace, well pump, refrigerator, freezer, washer, stove and all the lights. So happy I made this purchase! I am getting this broke in just in time for the ice storm on Wednesday!

Just received the generator this week. Assembly was very easy and prepping for use was provided via one-page instruction and also with product documentation. Generator started right up and had to call customer service as plugged in applicances did not work but the CSR was very friendly and quickly guided me in addressing my problem.

Ordered Monday, received Friday. No damage and all parts included. Very simple assembly, less than 10 minutes! Installed oil, connected battery (which was charged) fueled up and started with remote fob. Took a few seconds to get fuel to the carburetor but when it did it cranked up and ran surprisingly smooth. Fairly loud but it does run at full rpms. Plugged in a grinder just to make sure it worked. So far,I'm very pleased.

I bought this generator a couple weeks ago prepapring for the Florida hurricane season. Extremely easy to set up and get going. The electric and remote start work great, and the back up pull star is still an easy pull to get going. The dual fuel capability is fantastic, especially when fuel sources get scarce after a major weather events. Hopefully I won't need it, but its really good to know I have that kind of power source when the lights go out.
