I bought this generator about a month ago. We had a storm roll through and I used it for about 6 hours. It ran perfectly. It has the option to run of gas, propane or natural gas. It has plenty of power and many options that will come in handy. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this generator the first part of November from Electric Generator Direct and received it at the end of January 2022. Perfect condition. The assembly was minor and specification manual and start up operation made assembly a cinch. Very happy with the product.

I just received the WGen9500DF generator and was happy with the instructions, set up and that it started and ran right away. I used propane and still need to try gas but I am happy so far. The one thing I didn't like was that the handle grip was damaged. However I will talk to the warranty department, I am sure they will satisfy the issue. I will update this review if I have any issues but so far I am happy.

My friend referred me to this brand of generator because it powered his home last year during a week long outage. I bought this generator to run the essential circuits in the house and I am very pleased. I haven't placed my central air units on the generator, but everything else is good. Definitely buy this generator.

Just finished unboxing and set up. The packaging was surprisingly good, so used to getting things poorly packaged, not the case with this monster. The generator is large. I've yet to run it, but if it runs as good as it looks and as well built as it appears to be externally, this will be the beginning of a forever relationship. Cons...no cover included. The generator should come with a cover for a couple reasons, one it is an expensive unit. Buying this size of a machine should have included at least a basic cover which it did not. Second reason, it is so large, its been a challenge to find an aftermarket cover. Again for these reasons Westinghouse should have included. If Westinghouse really wants to be a superstar, they would sell a "Tri-Fuel" add on kit. I wanted it from the start, but no units this large had it (that I found). That would really be the icing on the cake, support for Natural Gas.

Just hooked up generator to the house everything ran 1 big fridge freezer, deep freezer regular fridge freezer and mini fridge air conditioner and pool motor with lights all worked no issues and surprisingly quiet for the motor size and power ran on gas but have not tried propane yet. Feel much better about going without power now.

Live on the gulf coast and am glad I have a generator to keep the house up and running during hurricane season if needed. It's way too hot down her to be with power and AC for too long. Love the fact that we can use our natural gas line and don't have to go hunting for gasoline.

Just Bought this generator. Arrived within 10 days mostly assembled just added the oil which was provided started on second try and started using it to power my garage. It worked perfectly. Ran all my light receptacles air compressor with no problem much more quiet than expected. Would recommend this product

purchased on 3/19/2021, the generator was taken off pallet and went through manual, then it just sat in garage until needed! attempted to use 1 time, could not start, "dead battery" (my fault), charged it and then it ran like a champ used several days now from 9/27/2024-9/30/2024 to run my 2500 sq ft home transfer switch was put in when we built home in 2021,,Thank God for this beast of a generator,, used several times

I did a lot of research on my needs to power my home in an emergency.I determined the 14500 watt model was just what I needed.The packaging was great and did its job, the build quality of the wgen line is top notch.Ive already owned a wgen 9500df and used it throught 2 hurricans in Florida.I wanted a little more power so I upgraded to the wgen14500df.I would highly recommend Westinghouse Generators.Alot of the cheaper models from other manufacturers use aluminum windings instead of copper. You get what you pay for.
