We just finish setup with the plumber and electrician to be able to run natural gas and fired it up today. We were real pleased with how quickly it started with the push button start. Ran it for an hour without a load and it ran flawlessly. We know this will be a great advantage next time we're without power. After all our research we chose the Westinghouse WGen9500TFc and we couldn't be more pleased.

I just bought my WGen9500DF generator after a lot research and comparisons. After reading the manual it was easy to locate all of features that it offers. Every thing is easy to read and the operating panel is well laid out. The easy start system with its auto choke and repeat starter up to 3 times if it does not fire the 1st time.

I just bought this last week. It arrived promptly. Haven't had a chance to put everything together yet, but after reading the owners manual, I don't think it will be a problem. It seems to be a good quality generator, and should be able to power most everything I'll need during power outages.

Recently moved to a rural area where power outages are frequent. Assembly was easy with clear directions. Fired up right away. Its big enough to power all the essentials yet small enough that I can store it under my work bench in the garage. I set up the generator on one side of the house and the bedrooms are on the opposite and you can barely hear the generator running from there. Having the dual fuel option is great. The key fob is a nice touch I just don't see myself using that too often.

Very easy to set up. Started right away after setup. Quieter than expected (it is still not an inverter generator... so noisy). Heavy! Get more than muscle help to load and unload. Ran a few Items for break-in. It didn't strain under the load (admittedly light). Build quality and features seem good. Plan on running most of the house during an outage (with some strategic use of the breakers).

It came out of the box perfect even though there was damage on the box. Started up almost immediately after gas and oil and a battery charge. Remote is great and works for a good distance. Only thing I wish was different was the propane inlet. WIth it was the same as a normal propane hose but it is a smaller screw on fitting. May look for an adapter so can hook to the camper tank easier.

We just bought a new house (to us) which was wired for a generator. I haven't used it yet, but it sure looks like it will be a good purchase and have sufficient power. I was concerned that the 200 lb weight would be an issue to move around, but this old man didn't have any issues. Minimal assembly was easy though turning the generator on it's side to mount the wheels may be an issue for some. Unrelated to the generator, the house NEMA plug was female so I needed a M-M cord to hook up the generator to the house, but they do not exist ready-made. I bought a standard extension cord and added the correct male plug (I had the tools to do it).

After having freezer and refrigerator items go bad during power outages and not knowing how long power would be out I decided to invest in this generator. It is very easy to operate, not too loud, and will soon be hooking it up to power my house. It is very well made and the foldout handle is very handy for rolling it around.

I bought the generator a few weeks ago and although we haven't used it yet, it has everything that we were looking for in a generator. The dual fuel feature is great in the event we are unable to get the gas station. The remote start is also a great feature so it is easy to turn on. Although it is a heavy unit, the handle bar makes it easy to move around. Delivery was easy and the driver brought it right to my garage. No need to deal with moving a heavy box.

Shipping was awesome they kept me in the loop and updates which is what I like. Also the equipment and everything was included nothing missing. Assembly was a easy especially when you follow directions, it maybe a little heavy but I was able to install alone. Great product.
