Great generator! Would recommend to friends and family. Smooth and quiet running. It was easy to assemble however one of the bolt holes that the wheel mounts up to got a little plugged during the powder coating process and I had a hard time starting the bolt. If you run into this problem simply thread the bolt in from the back side to clean out the threads. Remove the bolt and reinstall it according to the directions. Super quick and easy fix. Other than that small little hitch....great product! You wont be disappointed.

We purchased this product because we are multiple hurricane survivors and our country area has numerous power outages. This product appears to be perfect for our use. It's heavy but I can move it easily with one hand. I'm waiting to install the transfer switch before actually giving it a test run.

Back-up for an aging whole house Generac that's a propane fuel hog(500-gallon tank in 5 days) I use for emergencies. Seldom used but very necessary here in Florida I figure instead of forking over thousands for a new Generac I'd get this one, It's big enough for emergency power that's seldom needed at a very reasonable price.,.

My neighbor got one last hurricane season. We survived but a friend nearby lost power. I helped get this generator rolled over and we had it hooked up and powered the house AC, lights and fridge without a hiccup. Once the AC cooled the house, shut that down to heat the hot water heater. Worked great and ran relatively quiet, very smooth. I now have one! Better safe than sorry.

Item out of box of amazing. You get owners book, safety books, tools, oil, quick connects on the battery, a trickle charger for the battery. And an easy spot to connect the charger, wheels for the back and stand in the front. Well built. Easy to walk through start up instructions. Wow is all I can say.

Very well packaged. The feet and wheels went on fast and easy. I tried to pair the remote and never did see the "red" light indicating it paired. I decided I'd look at that later. I hooked it up to propane for the initial start-up, turned the selector switch to "propane", turned it to "run", pushed the "electric start" button and it started right up and purred like a kitten. After a short while I hit the stop button on the fob that I thought hadn't paired and it shut the unit down. So it must have paired and I just hadn't seen the red indicator light. Hardly worth mentioning, but the fob is sent attached to the recoil starter rope by the pull handle via a metal carabiner clip that during shipping scratches some paint off the recoil cover. All the other loose items are very nicely packaged in zip-lock baggies and stuffed into the cardboard packaging. I don't know why the fob isn't tossed in one of the baggies as well. Again not a big deal, just a head-scratcher as to why... I'm VERY happy that I decided to go with this Westinghouse dual-fuel generator. Obviously I've not had a change to use it for it's intended purpose, but it sure seems like a super nice unit to me.

Came as scheduled without damage and was easy to unbox and assemble. Remote start works great and is very convenient it produces plenty of power and doesn't bog down with high surge loads. Gas shutoff is easy to access. So far so good. Included instructions were very clear.

Product surpassed my expectations. Everything I needed to get it going was included- even a battery charger that was not mentioned in the parts list!. Generator started up immediately when instructions were followed. Remote start is a very nice feature. This is an excellent buy given all the features.

Setup was easy and remote was already synch to the generator. I researched many generators and this one was the best deal. Starts up easily and runs on propane. Has 30 and 50 amp. I am having a lockout and 50 amp plug installed. The tech looked at the generator and was impressed with size and run time.

My new Westinghouse Dual Fuel Generator just arrived. Assembly was simple and quick. Connected a propane tank and it fired up immediately. Simple to operate, I like the remote start feature, and the 50 amp connection that will make it simple and quick to connect to my home!
