I bought this one a week ago after Hurricane Beryl came through and we lost power for (3) days. I live on the Gulf Coast and had always planned on getting one but never did. My son as well as my son-law and daughter have the same generator. Theirs ran great.

We bought this generator a year ago & then decided to hook up our daughter & son-in-law's home for when the electricity goes out. They have lost power during storms for the last three consecutive years and have borrowed our generator. So we gave them ours and we purchased this one for home at the end of July this year. It's an excellent generator and we highly recommend it. It takes care of all the electricity for a 3 bedroom ranch home with 2 adults & 5 children.

Bought this generator a month ago for the inevitable fire season power shut downs here in Northern California. Only gave it 4 stars because I just set it up and ran it for a short test run. The remote start is a great feature and based on the recommendations of my electrician expect to have many seasons of service.

This. Unit will allow us to operate entire house unlike our other one during Ian. The dual fuel use is abig plus. Well constructed. Seriously, I hope we never need it, but, if the hurricane season attacks again we'll be ready this time. Thanks for truly great generator.

After delivery, my husband was thrilled that he was able to figure how to make this work! He thought the directions were concise and easy to understand. He is happy that the noise level of this generator seems to be quieter than both of our neighbors generators! He is both pleased and satisfied!

We just moved to Northern Michigan from a town that rarely had power issues. We have been here 2 months, and already have had 2 outages. I have this model hooked straight into a transfer switch to my main of my three bedroom two bathroom house. It powers everything. Yes! Even the air-conditioning! I would recommend this model to anyone. It is very convenient that it also uses propane as an alternative.

I purchased this generator as an emergency back up just in case we ever loose power. When it arrived, I un boxed it and was immediately impressed with the quality of its construction and the fit and finish of the machine. It took about 30 minutes to get it put together, filled with oil, and connected to a propane tank. When everything was ready, I hit the button on the remote start and the generator lit right up and functioned flawlessly. Overall, I am impressed with this unit.

Just purchased this unit and very happy with the product. Front interface panel is nicely laid out and easy for users to change fuel settings, leverage receptacles, etc. Overall - very happy with this 9500DF Westinghouse Unit and found the other positive reviews were spot on.

After researching numerous generators, I decided on the WGen9500DF to have as a backup during power outages. Had a power transfer switch installed and the generator ran the furnace, well pump, sump pump, fridge, freezer, and living room appliances with ease. I have a Westinghouse Igen 2500 to use around the property too. Very happy with the purchase.
