The documentation is complete and shows all technical info for the proper maintenance of this unit. The tool kit and funnel are a welcomed inclusion. I like the ability to keep the battery charged with the included AC adapter. This thing has all the bells and whistles.

From the moment i received the generator everything was super easy. Packaging was sufficient for the item. Simple, easy setup with directions. From opening box to fully setup and running 15 minutes. Fit and finish was superb. Everything is labelled well and easily accessible. Battery came fully charged along with the oil needed. Even came with a little tool kit for the generator, nothing fancy but gets what you needed done. I normally don't write reviews but i know i relied on a few before my purchase and i would say they were spot on. I did run a few items to see how the load would be and before id have to figure out everything in an emergency. Overall great product and all ready for the next emergency should my family need it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sized, powerful, dual fuel generator.

I received the package today. The shipping company did do a little damage to the unit as shipped (a couple of dents and scraped blue paint) which is my only complaint. The unit itself was easy to set up. The remote works very nice. I am quite pleased with the unit, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good affordable generator. I intend to use this on the farm and in power outage conditions.

I just purchased it so I have not yet had an opportunity to use it during a power outage but the generator started right up in both gas and propane mode. It is heavy but very solidly built. When running it, it was actually a bit quieter than I expected for its size and capacity. I would have to agree with a number of other reviews that I previously read that the plastic wheels might need to eventually be replaced. So far I am very impressed.

I Like this product; the auto start is awesome. I have one question though that I seem to can't find the answer to. What is this item that is hanging from the engine, does it go into something or is it just an antenna? See the photo and please give me an answer.

Bought the Gen on February 18th after the great FREEZE! And prolonged power outages!The Wind Turbines can Freeze but my Gen 9500 DF will keep on cranking out the power! Love the REMOTE start! Just push the button and suddenly there is a little bit of heaven! And Light! And Heat! Or AC if you need it!

While I haven't had the opportunity to test it yet, I'm impressed with the product's packaging, the smooth delivery process, and the inclusion of clear instructions and accessories. I am a retired government predator control specialist and camped most of my career and owned several generators. This beats everyone by a landslide. Assembly was incredibly easy, remote start is awesome, very quiet especially with propane, starts fast and easily, good stout tires, easy lift handle, cosmetics are very pleasing to the eye, well balanced and study, panel is easy to access and clear, rubber covers to protect outlets from the weather, easy access to battery, even a really nice funnel is included with a pivoting spout, wow that is so nice for putting oil in, a charger is included to charge the battery with the generator, 6.5 gallon gas tank. I am so very impressed with this generator, it's awesome. I'm prepared if tshtf for sure. I can run my entire 4000 square feet house and my well.

This generator is feature rich and more than capable to keep you powered during a power outage. Assembly was quick and easy and my generator started up right away (on propane) with a simple push of the remote control button. I'd definitely recommend this model to most people. I wish they used a plastic fuel tank because that's my only concern - will the steel tank eventually rust? But no issues so far.
