This unit was in superb condition out of the box, having had to return the first one because of a cross-threaded oil drain plug which leaked oil. All components appear to be in good order. Instructions are well organized for a quick assembly of wheels and remote pairing, and startup.

We purchased this generator after a freak snowstorm in April left us without power for several days. We'd been considering a generator for several years and after alot of research, we chose this one. It was delivered via common carrier on a pallet. We got it out of the box and followed the directions. It was very easy to assemble and it started right up off a propane tank. I'm very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this generator as my first generator for my home as an emergency preparedness product. I liked the dual fuel capability and the amount of power this little unit could produce. My grandson helped me assemble this in minutes. After I charged the battery, it started right up. I feel a lot safer knowing I have a power source under my own control.

We anticipate this generator will meet all of our power needs except HVAC in the event of a hurricane and long power outage. It has all of the power and features we need without the high price of a permanent generator. We'll be running it from and underground propane tank and with a transfer switch to our panel. I bought this generator at the end of May to replace an older generator that was no longer working. I purchased with the hurricane season in mind. This week, we were hit by Hurricane Ida leaving us without power for 6 days. Thanks to this generator we were able to maintain our refrigerator and keep cool with window units. Each tank of gas lasted 12-14 hours. I don't think we would have survived this record heat without this generator!

I bought a couple of months ago and finally had time to wire and have it ready for the next power outage. Well shortly afterwards our power went out and it worked like a charm. Used Propane which is safer and easier to use. We have another brand generator but it did not have enough power to supply our house. The WGen9500DF does and the bonus is it is dual fuel. Highly recommend this generator. Westinghouse is a company that's been around for ever, trusted and dependable.

Easy to set up after reading the instructions. Started up great with the remote after a slight delay. PG&E will be turning off our electricity for a few hours soon but hope we won't need it and they finish their work fast. Glad we now have the peace of mind of having this generator for emergencies. A friend recommended this one to us and glad she did!

I bought this 5 months ago and I just barely got the time to read the manual and get it set up and running today. Everything works great. It was easy to get started and looks to be very well built. I purchased this for a power back up for the house so it won't get used much but I feel that I can rest easy now. I feel this will do everything that it is advertised to do.

Bought this about a month ago to be ready for any winter power failures in Texas. While the generator is heavy, once the wheels are on it is very easy to get around... that surprised me. Have not had any issues and expect its large capacity for a portable generator will work fine for our household needs.

I bought the generator for the next power outage and didn't set it up right away. So when the power went out, I run to a fuel station to get propane and set it up. 1 h later (incl. 30min round trip to fuel station for propane) the generator was running and all day the next week!
