Bought this the beginning of December and used it twice so far. Nice and quiet as far as generators go. All the power I could hope for to run my house and the best thing is the remote start! I can just look out the window and start it right up! Two thumbs up!!

Easy to assemble and start running out of the box. Quieter than I expected it to be and the remote start works from a long distance. Started on the first try. Have not had a chance to run my house off of it yet but I'm confident it will with no trouble.

I needed a generator that could provide emergency power when we experience power outages. I wanted a generator that had high power output and was easy to start. It fit the bill and I love that it can use three different fuel types. It is not quiet but that was not a criteria that I needed. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Because of the active 2020 hurricane season, I decided to add a generator to our hurricane preparedness to avoid a potential extended outage like the 2 weeks without power from hurricane Florence in 2016. I installed a 50 amp connector outside my garage which can be selected with a transfer switch inside the garage. This generator has a 50 amp 240 VAC connection which not all generators have (some only have 30 amp plugs which is very limiting) When I connected it to my home, I was able to run major loads like the refrigerator, a freezer, well pump and both of my home geothermal AC cooling systems for 5000 sq ft area plus lighting and other small loads. The unit didn't seem to bog down or be challenged with the load profile. The unit setup and starting was easy and well documented in the literature. I like the many features built in to the generator and am very pleased with my purchase and feel better prepared for the next hurricane encounter in Wilmington,NC!

I bought this in Nov 2024 after a previous recent long duration power outage - I live rural, so no power also means no water usage. I'm so glad I bought it because we just had a power outage again last week. I had a transfer switch to my electrical box installed. This powered everything I needed it to during the outage - I was able to take a shower for work/use water, cook on stove, turn on lights, charge cellphones, keep the furnace running. Obviously, we were careful - used lights sparingly, didn't do laundry, or run the dishwasher, or use the oven. I bought this portable generator over a whole house one because my elderly mother was also out for a week in November. If she goes out again, I can bring this over to her so she can stay home instead of having to leave.

I've only had this generator for a few days and have used it consistently for power outage. connected several appliances and seems that it doesn't effect it's function at all. I ran refrigerator, tv, several lights and 3 portable heaters trying to keep in mind to watch how much wattage i'm using. I am thus far very pleased with this generator and would recommend to purchase.

I very recently purchased the WGen9500DFc I have yet to use this one. My mom purchased one 2 years ago and it has been great! Very easy to use, extremely convenient remote start, and electric choke. No issues at all yet and it has been been used to supply power to her house a handful of times! One very small hiccup I have noticed is during a cold start I sometimes have to hold the choke back by hand to give it a little more time over the electric setting, like I said very small! Overall it is an awesome machine!

Only 1 month of service so far, so I can't vouch for longevity or dependability but it seems like an all around good product. Shipped to the house, it was well packed and undamaged upon arrival. It has good features and hopefully it will serve my family for many years.

Assembly and start up by manual instruction went well. This product seems to be well built. It started up instantly with gas, but stumbled for about 15 seconds on propane before smoothing out. With less than 30 minutes on machine I am very pleased. I have not connected to house yet but soon I hope.

We recently had an outlet added to our home so we could plug in a generator directly to the electrical panel, in order to more easily run items in the house. I've been researching generators for months and were excited to find this one in our price range and with such great reviews. Having the dual fuel option was key for us! We've had 2 small power outages since we received it and (fortunately) our electric company had us back up and running before we had a chance to use this. We live in a more remote area that in the past has had power lost for up to a week so we need to be prepared!
