I have had this for 2 weeks now and very happy so far. Easy to assemble for two people out of the box. Started first time on both gas and propane. Power produced seems to be as expected, but I still have to hook it up to a transfer switch to see how it does powering the house.

I've only had the generator for about a month now, and so far it powers up consistently, and I'm only using propane so far. Next step is to wire up the house so I can do the real kid testing to see how far I can go with the various appliances. Stay tuned!

I purchased this generator online and two days later it's sitting in my garage. It is a refurbished unit but I can't see any difference from a new one. After unpacking and assembling the wheel kit (about 6 minutes) I inventoried all items included. The tool kit, funnel, LP line with regulator anda 2 amp battery charger were included. hat I failed to find were the Owners Manual, Quick Start Guide and Remote Key Fob. I have just now emailed the seller to inform them of this- so I await their response but seeing as it's New Year's Eve and a Saturday, it'll probably be a few days before I get a response. Other than the missing parts I am very pleased with the purchase.

Admittedly, I'm still in the break-in period, so I haven't put it to the full test yet. It starts like a champ though. Assembly was super easy. I did change out the wheels because I don't like the foam ones it comes with, they're no good for anything. I had them ready to go when it was delivered, so I just put them on instead. I had a little difficulty finding the right fitting to connect it to my 150lb propane tank, but that's sorted now. I gotta say, I'm actually looking forward to the power going out so I can run this beast!

Gas, propane, and natural gas options at hand. battery supplied and charging unit for it, plus remote start key fob. included are oil, funnel, basic tools, natural gas supplied line, propane line supplied. Just everything you need to run and support the generator....Just a great buy!

Arrived this morning, looked good, read the manual, and did the easy assembly (wheels and feet). Followed the instructions step by step to prepare the generator for use with gasoline. This thing comes with a battery trickle charger which I thought was odd but went ahead and plugged it in. It wasn't necessary as battery already had a good charge. Hit the start button and the engine just turns over but no sign of start. I then hooked up the propane tank to the generator per instructions and it starts right up. Switch back to gasoline and it dies. After an hour or so of trying to figure out the problem, I decide to call the help number. On hold for a very, very long time and then finally, I'm talking to someone, not a tech who might be able to help me, but an answering service where the very nice guy takes all my information and submits a ticket for me and tells me someone should get back to me within 48 hours. I wish I hadn't bought this brand but it's here so let's see what happens.

Wanted a dual fuel generator to hook up to the house, looked at another brand but bought the 9500DFc generator after reading reviews. Like the features and ease of use, other brand didn't have the outlet covers or gas gauge. Easy to install feet and wheels, will fill the oil and run for break-in in the next few weeks.

Bought based on reviews of others. Will be used as a back up for storm outages. Love the dual fuel option. I intend on running on propane so I do not have to deal with fuel related issues as it will do more sitting than anything. Will update as I use it.

I bought this generator getting ready for hurricane season here in south Texas. Going through the break in period and really enjoy this unit. It will be set up and ready for action. It is so easy to operate and will have my wife ready in case she needs to operate it....its that easy!!!

After being without power for a week we decided to invest in a generator that we could depend on. Not that I'm looking forward to the next time we lose power but I'm excited that we are now prepared! No damage during shipping, everything was boxed neatly and organized, assembled with ease, and busted off using LP. Rated it at a 4 because it hasn't been used in an outage yet.
