So far this has been a great generator. I have ran it 3 times for a few hours and it has worked great and kept my house cool. I ran it first with the propane and it worked great. The box it was delivered in was a little damaged and caused it to have minor damage on the frame but that's on the delivery company not Westinghouse.

Just purchased this and had it delivered today, very quick and easy set up. Put the oil in, filled with gas, and it fired up with no issues. Highly impressed with the build quality and attention to detail with the GFCI receptacles and waterproof covers. Couldn't find anything as a close of a competitor without going to a heavy duty commercial type that's 2-3x the cost, as well as something with 50A output in this price range. This should easily run my 2500SF home with the appliances, lights, and heating if needed. Can't wait to use this when needed (but hope it doesn't come down to it).

I live in an area powered by an electric coop. Very unreliable grid, so a generator has become a must have. After reading the reviews, I decided on the Westinghouse and very glad I did. Quick start guide could have been a bit more complete (such as indicating you need to open the fuel line) but got it up and running and it powered the whole house without so much as a hiccup. Quieter than the other backup portable unit I bought during the last 3 day power outage. Seems very sturdy- with care, it should last many years.

I did a lot of research on generators b4 deciding on making this purchase I feel as though I have the “Rolls Royce” of affordable generators I have the WGen9500DFportable generator 9500/12500 it's a wonderful piece of equipment plus it's remote controlled also OLA HORNE

I purchased this 3 weeks ago. Was easy to setup and run. During the break in period. Was running lights, drill and vacuum and the generator worked perfectly. According to the break in you should not exceed 4750 watts for the first five hours which I did varying what I plugged in. The generator is now good to go using it's full capacity.

Purchased this a month ago to replace a unit that had broken down from another manufacture. This appears to be very well-made and I love the extra features such as having dual fuel, an electric start, a remote start, and a much higher power rating than our previous one. Just hope we never have to use it.

We received this generator right in time for the hurricane that hit Houston on July 8th. We were without power for 7 days but this generator was good. We had 2 window units connected as well as a fan, and our mobile device charging. Would recommend as it also is compatible with gasoline, propane, and natural gas to run.

I bought this January/24. As a backup power source Only used it a few times for about 3 hrs each time, after break in process, I couldn't be happier with performance so far. I also own the igen4500 inverter generator, that I use with my Travel trailer, for several years so there was no hesitation to buy a westinghouse for my home backup..

Arrived today. Easy to install wheels and feet. A connector plug was supplied to connect the battery, making it easy. It started with a simple push of a button. There is enough power to run my whole house, including a 4 ton AC unit (low in-rush due to a variable scroll and variable fan). I did not run the stove or hot water heater. Very happy.

I bought this last week and it came today. I self contract and therefore have a lot of tools. Within 5 minutes of putting everything together, I was playing with all my tools on it, and the generator didn't even get phased by the draw. Definitely going to be playing with my appliances next!
