I bought this generator to replace a smaller one that I had and also to have the option for propane and gasoline. It started on the first push of the remote and I am very pleased so far. Am considering getting another one for a small cabin just in case.

The generator arrived 1 week early in good condition and easy to set up. All parts needed for assembly of the wheels were included and easily installed. The battery was fully charged and the terminals snapped together quickly. To my surprise the generator was easy to move around in spite of its weight. Very impressed with most of the design features and what is included. Such as the fuel gauge, hours counter dual fuel switch and battery charger. The only design feature that needs improvement is the location of the 50amp receptacle which is placed directly over the wheel. Since a 50 amp cord is as thick as a large anaconda, a male plug on the end of the power cord which is offset by 90 degrees cannot be plugged in to the 50amp outlet on the generator without either removing the wheel or by adding an extension plug which provides the necessary clearance.

I bought the generator a few weeks ago and although we haven't used it yet, it has everything that we were looking for in a generator. The dual fuel feature is great in the event we are unable to get the gas station. The remote start is also a great feature so it is easy to turn on. Although it is a heavy unit, the handle bar makes it easy to move around. Delivery was easy and the driver brought it right to my garage. No need to deal with moving a heavy box.

I purchased this generator to supply power to our two livestock water wells during power outages. With hundreds of head of livestock, we cannot be without water for any period of time. The remote start allows me to keep power so water flows, as well as supply heat to the pump houses during freezing weather. Duel fuel allows me to keep the generator running because we store gasoline and propane and are not dependent on deliveries during bad weather events. Portability is essential.

Living in Florida, you must definitely need a generator! This generator is super simple to a, transport, and store. The versatility of using gas or propane gas is extremely important to us. It fits all her needs on an ongoing basis and I'm happy to feel confident that we're prepared moving forward.

I love that this is a dual fuel generator. We can store propane almost indefinitely for the next big storm and associated power outage. The electric and remote start are amazing. The final touch was having an electrician install a 30 Amp inlet and lockout. WE ARE READY!

We received our generator in good shape after shopping and comparing for weeks. It is as advertised and is easy to operate. I wanted something powerful, but that I could use without requiring a pull start. After going back and actually reading the instructions, we were able to get the push start going. Very easy to start and no fumes when running on propane. It is still loud, but will be fine in the garage. I will be able to run most of the house off of this.

This is one of the best generators I've ever had! I'm going to get a 100lb propane tank and be able to run it for a couple of days and not having to worry about the propane ever going bad on me! Thanks Westinghouse for making a great product that I know will last me probably the rest of my life!

I just received the the generator 10/1/2021. Everything noted on the box that was included, was included. It took about 5 minutes to install the wheels, mounting feet and add the oil they provided. They provided 1 quart of 10-30 oil (conventional I think) which was not enough, but I had extra. I hooked up the propane tank and it started right up, even the key fob worked to start and stop the generator. After it warmed up I connected various loads to check for power and how the generator reacted. It all worked as designed. The construction of the generator looks great and solid. I'll report back after I install a transfer switch and connect to my house circuits. So far very happy with the purchase.

I bought this generator for my father to hook up to his house transfer switch. After a lot of searches and reviews on other generators, decided on this model for the output wattage and its dual fuel capability. I traveled to see my father this weekend and got a chance to unbox the generator and try it out. Easy to setup and runs great. Haven't had a lot of time to use so time will tell. So far, my father is very happy with this generator. There are only two issues I have with the generator: 1. The first problem is not with Westinghouse or the generator itself, the problem is with the shipping company that delivered the generator to my father. During shipping the freight company must have used a fork lift to move the generator or they dropped the generator on its end. When I unboxed the generator, I noticed that the frame on the left side wheel end was bent or dimpled in and the powder coating paint was cracked at the bend in several places. Also, the left wheel is tilted slightly inward due to the frame being bent. It is not bad to where it affects any movement or operation, it is just cosmetic and I wouldn't even consider sending it back for that. I took some flat black paint to touch up the paint chips. 2. The second issue I noticed is with the LP regulator orange protective cap and lanyard. When the generator was assembled, the technician who assembled it, cross-threaded the cap to where it was very tight to remove and the plastic cap threads are now worn out. Also the tech tightened the cap lanyard attaching screw to the frame too tight to where it ripped out a side of the plastic lanyard attaching screw hole.
