I have use it once, it was great having power during the storm. The only problem I found is the fuel selector switch is labeled backward in the quick start guide and the quick start label in the gas tank. It is correct in the actual manual.

Happy we were finally able to get this generator just in time for our first winter freeze. May not have to use it, but it's good to know we can if necessary. Only 4 stars because couldn't get remote to pair with starter.

Needed a generator for the hurricane season. Very happy with Wattage and the fact that it is dual fuel. Before starting, make sure the ground wire is attached to the battery

I am currently installing my 14.5tfc as a back up for my whole home. As a woman who is doing this myself, it has been super easy and I sincerely appreciate the fact that set up is straight forward and clear instructions.

Happy we upgraded and comes with an auto start. One star less because it indicated quick connection for the battery. Had to remove the battery to hook it up and put it back. Disappointed with that.

I just got this home and hooked up a propane tank to test run. Fired up then idled down. Hooked up some load and it responded as expected. Next storm will be a little easier to handle.

I am pleased that I made this purchase. It was highly recommended to me by a person who has one. I have yet to actually use it! It is a Westinghouse; they are the industry standard!

Arrived on a pallet—this beast is heavy out of the box and you will need 3 people or a forklift to move it. We had forks for our tractor. It appears to be a great buy for the money. We will put it to the test this week with sub zero temps.

Bought less than a month ago after a long storm season here in Florida. Had a smaller generator to get through but this one after giving it a test run should really put us over the top. Almost look forward to the next outage, almost.

We decided to purchase this to power our entire home after Hurricane Beryl..it came in handy for all the days we were without power and will now be using it for a snow storm that will potentially knock out our power. Highly recommend!
