I haven't used it yet, but a tropical storm Helene is on its way and I'm sure I'll be using it soon. I was happy with the price features with this unit.

Bought this nine months ago, finally got a chance to use it. I like the easy setup, remote start and no mess propane fuel option. Absolutely love it. Definitely recommended.

This Generator gives me the peace of mind that during a power outage, I can operate the necessary (and some unnecessary) items in my house. The cost was reasonable and I love the remote start feature.

I have yet to test it out but am very impressed with the features and overall quality. Came shipped on a pallet in perfect shape. Will need a hoist for this thing!

Got everything setup. Cranked right up. Ran through it's break in. Smoth running, not near as loud as I expected. Love the remote start. Ran my whole house, with amps to spare.

Decided to go with a large portable rather than a whole house generator. The wgen9500 fit the bill. It's powerful ,has great features like dual fuel and remote start and is very user friendly. Very pleased with it.

I bought this recently it was e3asy assembly, two wheels and two fee put the oil in and ready to go. This unit started right up. I have a 50amp plug installed on 50amp breaker. My house is all electric. It ran everything.

During a recent hurricane power outage, we ran the generator on both gasoline and propane, and it ran great. We are adding a natural gas outlet to run it for the next power outage.
