I bought this generator to replace my old one after hurricane and based on our experience it is a great tool for storm preparation. It's very easy to start, working on gas, propane and natural gas.For A/C 3,5 ton,it does put a heavy load on the generator when it starts however after startup ,AC runs well.

Haven't got to use it yet, but my 9500TFc arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I'm usually expecting some type of minor damage with heavy (and it is heavy) items but none here. I'm impressed that it comes with actual hard copy manual in a day when we see nothing but a link to online manual. Just had cabin wired with outside outlet for 50a plug so I can run most anything if I use creative breaker switchology. I really hope this pup is as reliable as reviews say. Hondas are just too dang pricey for me.

Bought it for emergency power. Just had this delivered, Tested it out using propane and started right up. Like the feature of having a FOB to start. Really good range I was able to start it from the inside of a brick house about 100' away. Hopefully we won't have to use it.

Purchased a month ago based on reviews from other users. After unboxing it was evident that Westinghouse has good quality control and manufactures a solid product. This unit was manufactured in Vietnam. I hope I don't have to use it, but I'll be prepared if we lose as power for an extended period.

I did massive research as to what was the best generator to get and time and time again, through web sites searches and asking people - everyone would say WESTINGHOUSE. Everything about this generator is great. Its functions are clear, and above all - starting is super easy. . I am ever so grateful as where I live - which is an island in the PNW - we lose power fairly often . I finally feel at ease ....and actually a certain sense of luxury as well.

I chose this particular generator because of the power rating being capable of running my house and home air conditioner. I also wanted tri fuel because you never know what you can get in an emergency. It came with hoses and connections for LP and NG. I have a 4 ton air conditioner but I put a soft start on it which cuts the inrush current by 65% so it's well under the generators power rating. I bought a 100% copper cable to get the maximum power vs coated aluminum too, so I was told.

Got the dual fuel so I don't have to worry about doing any carburetor problems or gas hassle. Took it out of the box stuck the wheels and feet on and hooked it up to propane. One touch of the fob (yes I love that it has a fob) and bam fast clean start up. It looks great and now not that I want the power to go out but I'm covered big time. I'll be watching movies with the lights on and the fridge is covered too. I'm stoked about my new generator.

Took about 30 minutes to put it all together. Wheels, oil stands for the front and add some gas. All together very easy. Used the remote to start and after a couple tries it fired right up. Took a couple to get the gas flowing. So far very good results, haven't tried NG or propane. Looks good and should be able to load up in my pickup with the use of ramps. I have a 5th wheel we'll use it with. Came well packed with no damage.

We recently purchased this one after 3 day power outage of Houston hurricane. After receiving it, it was easy to assemble and started right up when hooking up to nature gas. It looks very high quality and gives us added comfort that we will be better off when the next power outage comes our way.

I bought the WGen9500DFc as a backup generator. Unboxing, assembly, preparation, and test operation were all easy and as documented. Westinghouse seemed to put a lot of effort in labeling, instructions, diagrams, et al. Preparation and startup where very easy.
