I was THRILLED to find Red Dragon cheese at my local Sam's Club in Asheville, NC. This cheese is amazing and I'm always grabbing it when I see it in the "fancy" cheese section at my local Publix. It's price was better at Sam's, of course.

I am a cheese lover & particularly am fond of cheeses with different flavors. This cheese is great. The mustard taste is not overwhelming. This is a softer cheese that is great for eating.

This is one of my favorites. The texture is creamy and taste is on the mild side with mustard seeds. This is a must try if you like mustard.

Dry tasty cheese. Creamy, slightly spicy but not overpowering. Slight hint of ale. Went very well at a get together. Decent price

You’ll need to enjoy mustard on this cheese. It definitely was one that needed to be eaten with a cracker very strong mustard flavor for those who love mustard. You’re all in for those of us who like it. It’s a little much.

The presentation of the cheese is great. The quality is great. It smells great. Nice texture. Sadly, I mostly taste ale. Now... I do not drink ale. I don't drink beer either. Can't stand it by itself, but I do enjoy cooking with it from time to time because it can help lift dishes. My boyfriend likes beer, loves good stouts and ales. He also disliked the cheese. Even the taste of the cheese away from the mustard and ale doesn't come through. If I wanted ale, I'd drink it, not eat it.
