Quality at good price

My most recent purchase was unsatisfactory upon opening. It appeared as is the product has been on the shelf for quite some time since the red wax coating seemed to have completely become part of the cheese product itself. Had to cut it away from the cheese. Normally a good product, but not this time. I suppose it may depend upon who actually 'shops' the product before it is brought out to the car. It's awfully difficult to examine each item individually before it is loaded, but it may be necessary

We ate this with crackers while watching Christmas movies when we didn't want to take time to cook. Yummy!
