They are big muffins but the taste is not that good, almost has a burnt taste

I always buy muffins from Sam's or BJ'S.  I recently bought blueberry muffins from Sam's in Port Charlotte and there was no muffin top and it was so dense. It wasn't good. I was disappointed.  Upping the price by $1 and giving less, terrible muffins is not good.
