There really is such a thing & difference with quesadilla cheese! I tried this to see what it was like, and it makes the best quesadillas because it melts like a dream! I even use it in other things: enchiladas, lasagna, etc. I hope they keep this product in stock!

This item turned moldy within a week of purchase. Boo!

Ok. But Supremo Chihuahua cheese is much better.

Great cheese but all packages have mold. This cheese and Oaxaca cheese are amazing for quesadillas. But the down side is all the packages at two different locations have moldy cheese in every package. If it wasn’t for the mold I’d give this product 4 stars.
